Memorials Direct’s customer service is brilliant. When I got in touch with them about the memorial plaque I ordered was damaged, most likely in transit, they were quick to responding an apology and issued a replacement to be sent out ASAP. This service really helped, especially when seeing the plaque was damaged really upset me and they sympathised in a professional manner. 5/5 service.

Beautiful wood and stunning item for temporary use whilst headstone is being designed

Beautiful memorial. Only downside is I thought the writing would be engraved. However it is embossed. Hoping it can stand up to wet weather well. Time will tell.

We found it was so easy to order, the confirmation of the lettering we wanted added to the flower pot. We are very happy with how the finished product looks. Thank you.

The quality of the memorial is great along with the gold inscription which feels like quality. In fact we think it's too nice to be outside, so have it indoors.
