Good quality product
Overall, a positive experience with memorials direct. The website was easy to use and you could view your inscription before ordering. We chose a black granite memorial vase and when it eventually came we were very pleased. Very good quality. Delivery was a bit stressful as they were running behind with orders but customer service was good when contacted for sn update. Would recommend

Beautiful arrangement.
I knew the minute I saw this arrangement that it was what I wanted and I was right. Unfortunately it was out of stock for a very long time. While my first email about stock was answered, the next one wasn't so I waited.....and waited.....and waited. Perhaps adding a note saying stock will be replenished but you don't know when would be useful.

A beautiful bench to remember our parents
We bought a memorial bench to remember our parents. We were delighted it is a beautiful bench and the engraving gives it a special touch, it is placed in the village playing field overlooking the village where they lived all their married life, and looks so special the sun enhances the colour.
The service we received was excellent and it felt like the staff at memorials direct, cared and always responded promptly to any queries. They wanted it to be special.

Beautiful granite memorial vase
Memorials Direct supplied a beautiful granite memorial vase with a permanently engraved photograph of my mum and dad. It was very useful to see the design before proceeding. The service provided was excellent and very efficient. The cost is very reasonable and I am very pleased with the result. I highly recommend their seamless service.

I’m over the moon with my order of small heart vase so reasonably priced was a bit dubious of what it would actually look like when it arrived but I was delighted with the quality & inscription on it and a very quick service from ordering to delivery was excellent!!
