Great food but no 1kg boxes?
Really good product and would buy again but I wish the boxes were 1kg and not 2x 500g when you buy a kilo. Just feels like a lot of plastic waste? Doesn’t say if you can recycle either. My girls love the food though and the food is good quality.

Our 1kg tubs aren't currently available for shipping and, as stated in the product description, will be substituted for 2x500g if they're not available, but we do leave them on our website so that customers can still benefit from the price.
Our white tubs are fully recyclable in your normal kerb-side recycling.

4 of the tubs of food were cracked…
4 of the tubs of food were cracked open on arrival probably due to the insufficient packaging as no padding so therefore wouldn’t use again due to the waste of food

We’re really sorry to hear about the condition of your order, that’s certainly not the standard we aim for. If you had contacted us directly, we would have been happy to resolve the issue for you straight away.
Our boxes are packed with insulated wool liners and ice packs to keep the food frozen in transit, and damage to tubs is very rare. However, we take all feedback seriously and will review your comments with our packing team.
We’d still like to look into this for you, so please do get in touch with your order details and photos of the damage so we can investigate further.

Be very careful when ordering from this…
Ordered a batch of dog food…unfortunately I’d requested a standing order my mistake…I didn’t realise this until I was notified of my repeat order.
Raw food didn’t suit my dog…it have her diarrhoea. When I contacted them to tell them of my mistake..they said they would stop any further deliveries and cancel my subscription

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had a disappointing experience and that the food didn’t suit your dog, we know every dog is different, and what works well for one may not for another.
When you placed your first order, it was set up as a subscription, which is why a second order was generated automatically. We do send a subscription confirmation email at the time of set-up, as well as an upcoming order reminder email two days before the next payment is due, to give time to make any changes or cancel. We’re sorry if these emails were missed.
Our subscriptions can be cancelled by popping an email over to us. While we don’t offer telephone support, our customer service team monitors emails closely and responds quickly during working hours.
I can confirm that your subscription has now been cancelled as requested.

Our new french bulldog puppy is absolutely loving mersey Raw after a previous failed attempt to transition we tried one last time with mersey Raw and hit the jackpot meals gone in seconds happy healthy pup definitely going to be long time customers

Excellent texture
I have been buying raw locally, but was frustrated with the out of stock situation with the dogs favourite , this is my second full order, literally arrives free the next day, and the quality is excellent, I ordered a different product by mistake, but needn't have worried, the same great texture and not a mushy paste.

Fantastic company and quality food
My dog loves Mersey Raw, especially the exotic bundle. The choices are fantastic and the quality is excellent. I really like the packaging, it's not messy at all like some raw food packaging. The treats and raw sprats are great too. Delivery is always speedy and well packaged to keep frozen. We will continue to use, fantastic company.

My boxer was very fussy and it was quite stressful at meal time, since eating Mersey Raw he has enjoyed all the food with out us having to add toppings and he licks his dish clean looking forward to him trying the different flavours

First time purchaser
First time purchase for our fussy little eater diva. Tried so many in the past and just turned out to be a waste of money.
Decided to give it another go, and to be fair chose it because of the name. My Husband loves the song Ferry across the Mersey!
I am so chuffed he did! Our fussy little diva has suprised us and demolishes the food. There is now no turning back for us. Within a week we have noticed a difference and she just seems much more bouncier. We add a pro-biotic as is recommended. So happy we found Mersey Raw. The service and delivery absolutely excellent. Go on, give your furbabe a treat, they or you will not be dissapointed.

At long last , they are eating
At long last , we’ve found the perfect food for our 2 malshis , almost 2 years of trials , tried raw before and nope , they were not having it , but Mersey Raw dog food definitely looked more that other raw foods , definitely glad we stumbled across this product, only thing I have to do is put a gentle heat through their raw now , they love it .
