I went to the Carnaby Street store where Connor did my first two piercings. He could not have been any better! He was so great at talking me through the process and was a true professional. I felt super comfortable and safe in his hands.

Such a great experience, the staff were friendly and so patient while we spent ages picking our jewellery. The piercer was calm and loved their suggestions on lobe placement so much I will be back to get another one soon. I’ve healed incredibly well compared to my previous ones. We brought in my besties daughter for her 1st piercing and they were so great with her too!

I bought a donut pillow online.
It’s comfy and soft material however it squishes down and this reduces the size of the hole. Meaning you have to be constantly trying to get your ear in the best position over the hole. I’ll keep trying it to see if I will use it longer term.

Everyone was so friendly - and the studio was clean enough for brain surgery, which is always a plus. Octavian and Nera were helpful with advice about jewellery and aftercare. As for the piercing itself, Nera is an artist: meticulous, painstaking, patient and gentle. I couldn't recommend more.

I went today to the Covent Garden shop with my daughter to get her ‘seconds’. Smash was just so incredibly kind to my 11 year daughter who was a little anxious about getting her piercings done. She completely put her at ease and made it the most lovely experience. She is just so sweet and we had such a fun time. Thank you Smash for everything and for sorting my piercing too!!. We will be back very soon!

Booked in for four piercings. Two were existing piercings that I thought had closed but the team and Metal Morphosis were excellent and inspected each and determined they were still open and needed stretching out. The staff clearly know their stuff and the rooms where the actual piercings took place were sterile with clear sanitary procedures.
The jewellery they have available is large in options and price points and I love them all.

Had an amazing experience and the staff were excellent. Super clean, very organised and very helpful. Highly recommend.

I recently had a new lobe piercing done at Covent Garden where Smash, true to her name, did a smashing job! From the moment I walked in, I felt in safe and confident hands. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was wonderful. I love my new jewellery and piercing, which is healing really well. The studio is very clean and hygienic practises were followed.

Had a wonderful experience the other day. After a quick wait as I hadn't booked, I was taken into the piercing room where Meghan, my piercer, was lovely and very professional. I love my navel piercing!

The staff were so lovely and kind. I went for a septum piercing and was really nervous as sometimes i’m not great with needles. Paris who did my piercing was so nice, and made me feel really comfortable, it went so smoothly and my piercing looks great too!

I was visiting London and stopped in for an impromptu rook piercing. They were able to get me right in! My piercer, Rock, was amazing. He walked me through the entire process and was a great conversationalist. The actual piercing was flawless and it’s healing perfectly! Rock gave me lots of tips for healing and let me know what to expect throughout the process. This is my 11th ear piercing and this one was by far the best experience!

Great service at Covent Garden. I was impressed with the hygiene and sanitation at the studio. I had my nose pierced with an almost pain-free experience. Lara did an amazing job 🥰 She made me feel at ease and knows her stuff well. Thank you!

Everyone was so warm and kind. I felt taken care of and heard and nothing was too much trouble. My piercer, Nera, was absolutely incredible. There was so little pain that I couldn't believe it was done! Nera was also extremely kind and gentle and I felt like I was in extremely good hands. All round fantastic experience.

I visited the Carnaby St shop. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Really made me feel at ease. This was my second visit. I live about 70 miles from London but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My daughters & I arrived at Metorphosis Covent Garden just before Christmas & we all had a fantastic experience. Matthew greeted us & explained the whole process & showed us the range of jewellery available perfectly.
