I had my earlobes 2nd and 3rd holes pierced, a great experience, friendly and helpful staff. Also have a good selection of jewellery to choose from, I'll be going back for more piercings.

I got my upper helix pierced by Jay at the Covent Garden store and it was a brilliant experience. He was very friendly and helpful with deciding exactly where to place my jewellery, and the piercing itself was completely painless! The shop has a huge range of stunning jewellery and all the staff were very approachable and accommodating. I will definitely come back for more and would highly recommend!!

Emma is just SO professional AND sweeet! She also has a needle technique that I barely felt a little pinch on my ear’s conch. She is like a lovely nurse! Congratulations!

Frankie who served me and Kaiya who pierced me were absolutely amazing. So accommodating and helpful. It was painless and smooth. I would definitely be recommend. Thanks ladies!!

I came in for the flat piercing a week ago. I’m really happy about the professionalism of the girls who work there. I had some questions about the piercing, the healing, etc. and they responded to all of them!
Concerning the price, some jewellery are more expensive than others because the material is not the same, but you can find beautiful jewellery around £50! And there is a large selection.

I recommend to anyone who wants a new piercing to go to Metal Morphosis (Carnaby Street).

I am in my 50s, and had wanted a nose piercing for years! I took the plunge just after the pandemic in their Carnaby Street store and am so pleased I went there! I now only go back to MM to purchase new items, as I know the products are safe and their staff are great and super helpful! I came across their newly opened Covent Garden shop yesterday, which is bigger than the cute little Carnaby Street shop, and was so pleased to be served by the helpfull owner, Ben. Highly recommend their shops. Would not go anywhere else!

I had an appointment on 22nd August, both piercings are healing very nicely. Giulia, my piercer and the other staff were super nice, accommodating and explained everything. Even though the service and jewellery are a bit pricy, I wouldn’t get pierced anywhere else from now on!

They had a wide variety of jewellery so I wasn’t stuck for choice, I felt very taken care of and their piercing rooms were so clean and nice, everyone was so kind I’m definitely coming back.

After many years I decided to have a third piercing in my upper lobe was quite anxious as previous experience was not great. However, when I decided to book at the Earlham Street Branch I was not disappointed!
Megan was absolutely amazing, and the advice she gave for aftercare as well was great, piercing is also healing very nicely with no issues.
A big shout out for Kai who did my down size last week. Everyone at Metal Morphosis are friendly and super helpful. I would not go anywhere else for future piercings.

I had my front helix pierced and booked the appointment without a second thought. Hadn’t done any research into the place and when I did get there I was so pleased to see that the piercing bar was super clean. Really friendly staff. The piercer also was great. They made sure I felt relaxed and when they pierced my ear it didn’t even hurt. A week later, the piercing is healing so well. It doesn’t even hurt! It’s definitely very expensive, but I would say it’s worth it for sure!

It’s my third piercing at Metalmprphosis and I couldn’t be happier! Extremely professional, clean, helpful and friendly staff. Kai pierced my ear (helix) and it was honestly the least painful of my other 3 helix piercings! (Done long ago in another country). So far it hasn’t gotten infected or hurt much at all (outside of a little tenderness) and it looks almost fully healed! Kai was so nice and kind, and made the whole experience very enjoyable. If you want to get pierced or get nice pretty jewellery this is the place to go!

Visited the Carnaby branch over the weekend and I had the best piercing experience I can remember.

For starters the branch was clean, bright and welcoming. The person greeting me (sorry can’t remember the name) was very helpful and as well super accommodating for a walk in appointment. They also helped me to choose the jewellery and patiently explained all I needed to know about my new piercings.

I was then helped by Rock who happens to be the loveliest guy ever. He was careful, treated me with respect and gave me all the time I needed.

I felt really good after visiting and even if the price range might be higher than other branches it is definitely worth every penny. In my opinion for the kind of jewellery, service and venue I think it is super fair.

Went in for an ear piercing (flat) and jewellery change, both Xaiah who helped with jewellery choices and Saoirse my piercer could not have been more lovely and patient and helpful. This was my 14th piercing and hands down the best overall experience I’ve had anywhere. The studio was clean and welcoming, and the snacks/drinks available were a really lovely touch. I can’t wait to come back!

I had a great experience at Metal Morphosis. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful. I went in and booked an appt that same afternoon so I was guaranteed to get my piercing done. I got my rook done by piercer Kai who was absolutely amazing. Made me feel comfortable and assured. I would definitely go back for piercings in future.

Matthew was truly brilliant with my young daughter who was having her first piercing. Very patient, gentle, empathetic and kind. Lobes have healed beautifully with no issues at all. Highly recommend!

Really friendly and experienced staff, gave great advice about what type of piercing to have. Opted for a forward helix and was talked through the whole process and the aftercare. Would definitely recommend.
