Do not order from Meteorei. It is a scam. I was told that my order was delivered. That was not true. I was then told that I would receive a reorder. That was not delivered and now my emails are not being answered.

Can't believe I fell for this! Ordered 6 dresses, said they had been delivered then disappeared off the face of the earth with my money. Have issued proceedings. Even though it's cost me more than the dresses, it's the principle of it. Have been trying to email ever since - totally ignore me.

I ordered a beach wagon from meteoraire way back in May 2023. They told me in June that it had been delivered to me, I emailed them back to say it had not been delivered. So they promised me they would send another one out. After numerous emails this had not appeared now they do not even answer my emails any more, especially after I asked for my money back.

Ordered sweaters from this company and tracked my order, they said delivered and they were not. Ordered Oct 10th and they claim they were delivered Oct 30. They are a scam DO NOT ORDER from them

Ordered 6 dresses Aug 30th, pd via PayPal. Called the Meteoriare and was told Meteoriare used a legit companies website to scam ppl. Facebook did nothing. Hopefully PayPal will give me money back

Ordered dresses from these scammers....sent a crappy scarf instead so they can say your order has been delivered....emailed their " support " to be told the order will be resent and was given a tracking number...the last entry on this was the order was in Peterbrough and had been delivered and signed for by the addressee....I live in North Wales !!! I escalated a complaint to PayPal, and within five minutes had my money back......lesson learned.....please everyone, avoid these horrid scammers...keep your money in your purse....incidentally, the identical dresses are sold on several Chinese sites under different name, all scammers

I ordered the 6 pack of dresses and finally received a HARMONICA this is another scam that Facebook allow to advertise on their site, have contacted them as asked but no reply will now let PayPal sort it out, now learnt my lesson no more buys from Facebook site

Same as other people, oordered 6 dresses, after weeks of waiting, I got a small white vest tee-shirt sort of thing.

I'm going straight to Paypal to raise a dispute.

Can't believe I got scammed, though!

I ordered 6 dresses 30th August 23 acknowledged by the company Meteoraire with an email from them. All I got was a skimpy head scarf sent to me which was not my style. Still waiting for my dresses which I’m not expecting to arrive! I did email support for advice but received no answer. What am I to think other than this site is fraudulent!

Ordered 6 dresses. Received a cheap and nasty headscarf took 8 weeks to arrive. Avoid at all costd

I ordered the 4 pack of jeans, even paid extra for quick shipping. It took 3 weeks and when it arrived it was a toy harmonica! Thankfully I went through PayPal and I was refunded. Do not order anything from them.

What a joke . Do not buy anything from this company. Purchased dresses ended up with a plain black shirt. Big con job.

I also ordered six pack of dresses and still have not received. Have written to customer support a few times and no reply. I think it's quite disgusting that they rip people of who have trouble being able to afford in the first place. Not happy !!

ABSOLUTE SCAM ordered pack of 6 dresses they never arrived. Contacted company and was sent a Royal Mail tracking number that does not exist. Contacted company again and have had no further correspondence from them. They have now disappeared from Facebook and another name is now offering the 6 pack of dresses which will be same scam. I cannot believe I have been caught out with this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

REPORTED to Facebook and they did NOT remove this site so they are free to carry on scamming people

I ordered the dresses and they never came! Said they had no record of invoice! Went through PayPal and they had no problem refunding me the money!

This company is now using the website meteorei.com, but it is the same company.
On 30 August 2023 I ordered 6 dresses as a job lot special offer but today I received a toy harmonica instead.
I raised a dispute with PayPal, they acknowledged receipt at 13:30 and at 13:33 ruled in my favour with a full refund.
Meteoraire/Meteorei (or whatever it will call itself next) is a scammer, avoid at all costs.

THEY R A JOKE I ORDERED SOME STUFF ON JULY 5, 2023 AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY THING WHEN I CONTACTED THEM I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS SO THE POST OFFICE GETS INVOLVED WITH AN INVESTIGATION AND COME TO FIND OUT NOTHING WAS EVEN THERE IN THE POST OFFICE IT WAS A BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER THE BBB NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THESES THIEVES BECAUSE ALL THEY R DOING IS STEALING OUR MONEY AND THAT REALLY P""""""******* ME OFF

Ordered beach cart on the 2nd June, I was told it had been delivered however I know that it wasn’t a) because it never arrived and b) because my local Royal Mail depot have not got any record of the tracking number being scanned in any of their systems.
I reiterated this to the company who advised (on 2nd August) they would send “via a faster and safer way” and that “the shippers confirmed a delivery time of 15-25 days”… it’s 30 days later (and 3 months since my original order was placed) and still no item, no new tracking number and no more contact from them (I have chased today and await their response). If you choose to order then good luck! I wish I’d checked reviews first.

One star is too many. SCAM!
