I wouldn't give one star if there was a choice. My daughter who is a single Mum ordered a fold down trolley for £35, it never turned up, when she contacted them they said they would give her a refund. Weeks have gone by and it never arrived and she can no longer access their page. My review SCAM

Trolley advertised on FB, never came, complete scam.

Simultaneously after creating an account with them, my FB got hacked with a load of other accounts which I've now lost for good. DO NOT USE

Ordered the beach trolley after seeing the legit looking add on FB, a hideous scarf arrived with no invoice inside, only reference to it was on the postage label.
Have been back and forth with the "customer service team" which is propbaly some fat bloke in his underpants called Alan in his mothers garage and agreed a 30% refund, been nearly 2 months and nothing has been issued and not expecting much.
Scum scum scum sorry meant scam!
Just don't even bother with them.

I ordered a trolley as advertised on Facebook back in May. I received a really tacky headscarf so as far as they are concerned a delivery has taken place. Wish I had seen these reviews back in May.

Item never arrived.
Tracking says it has.
Stupidly, I thought Facebook wouldn't allow a scam company to run on their platform.
You're never to old to learn something new.
Luckily I had the foresight to pay by credit card..

Total scam company, if you can even call it a company, I bought the trolly after seeing the Facebook ad and was send a charger, offered a refund if I shipped the charger back to China at my own expence. Theses people are down and out robbing us and are seen as trustworthy because they are advertised on social media. They must be stopped!

AVOID!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY! Unable to give 0 stars. Item never arrived. Fobbed off with checking at post office (Royal mail say parcel number doesn't exsit) and to send another when I asked for refund. Luckily purchased on credit card so request a refund through them instead now.

Ordered something beginning June, shipping was supposed to 7-15 days. I follow up 3 weeks after I ordered to be told delivery took place on a Sunday. No pod, no parcel at my address. Its taken over a week for them to come back to me and say they're shipping another, I told them to just refund me as it wouldn't get here in time. Now, they admitted the original parcel is lost and they are offering me a partial refund.
Still no resolution at this stage

Not really a 1 but there isn’t anything lower. We brought a trolly from these people and haven’t received anything at all. No email to be able to contact them either

Complete scamsters. Got a carry bag in place of a trolley. Surprisingly these people advertise on Facebook. Don't trust them.

Ordered the trollies and got a crappy phone charger . Got hold of the company and all they said was my item was delivered . But the delivery note says posted through letter box. Now how do u get a trolley through a letter box . Hope they get struck by lightning.

An out and out Scam company, they should be stopped from trading in this (and any other) country.

I ordered a beach trolley and was sent a cheap and nasty phone charger that probably cost 50p
They are in China, they were excited to tell me I could keep or give a friend the nasty alternative or send it back at my cost! I never received a refund or the trolley. Need to be investigated and shut down!

I am disappointed I didn’t read these reviews before ordering, as I have had a very similar experience.
Ordered a beach trolley, received a foldaway shopping bag, with no reference to Meteoraire.
I have just found their acknowledgement email in ‘junk’ as delivered.
My credit card payment shows a transaction for Meteoraire, so it has now become clear I’ve been scammed as well.

This is a scam site. Don't pay them anything.

Ordered a product which has not arrived. Emailed them but only offered 40% refund.
Emails I have sent are being replied to but totally ignoring how bad the issue is and they are not sending a total refund which is the customer rights.

I ordered a wagon because it was a good deal that came through Facebook. I was sent a cooling scarf instead. Same story as everyone else, so I should have read these reviews first. No reply to my email of course, so no refund. You people are awful.

Total scam as oer many others received a charging cable instead of the trolley! 5stars for being a complete scam and rip off
