Much like everyone else, I thought I was getting a festival trolley and got a scarf (and not even a nice one).

Same as all the other complaints. Ordered a trolley got a scarf. Absolute scam and avoid at all costs wouldn’t even give 1 star but can’t go lower.

+1 to everyone else. Ordered the trolley and got a scarf. Luckily I paid on my credit card so I will be instigating a charge back on this terrible company!

Total scam send a scarf in place of a beach trolley

Ordered a Meteoraire wagon from a pop up ad on facebook. Paid $39.98 on 31st May 2023. Today a charging cable arrived. No answers to emails. No answer to phone number on website and no option for live chat as advertised on their website.

DON'T DO IT!!
As with all the other reviews, ordered the beach trolley (there's a pattern here) we got a speed charger. Looks like we've been scammed, feel such an idiot.

Ordered a beach trolley and received a scarf! Obviously lost money now as can’t return!! Never again! Have now sent numerous emails as description says trolley and picture described it !! No doubt won’t get a reply to my numerous emails!! This company needs stopping!!

No way of contacting them on their 24hr live chat (the link doesn’t work) and the tracking details show the item has been delivered but I ordered a beach trolley, not a scarf. Going through a chargeback on my bank account. AVOID

I too ordered a trolley and got a scarf. Feel a bit of a fool really as it seemed too good to be true and was! I am going to contact my bank for credit card cover. And to change my card as now they have this information!

Clicked a Facebook post, I ordered a trolley and received a scarf.
I’ve just sent the an email to the support@ address and then googled the company and found lots of bad reviews (which strangely didn’t come up originally). Seems I’ve sent some pointless emails if the below indicates the result!
I’ll remove this bad review if I get my money back from the company but I feel stupid I fell for something like this!

Ordered a festival Trolley and what arrived was a cheap scarf that got posted thru my door. They tell you it was a shipping mistake and as soon as you return the scarf to China they will give you a refund. It's a scam and I should have checked online reviews first. Avoid like the plague.

As per previous commenters, I ordered a beach trolley and received a scarf. Definitely avoid! I have contacted but as yet received no response.

My wife has managed to claim the money back directly, via a grievance through her bank and has received a full refund. It may be worth trying this, it should be even easier if you used a credit card. ********************************************************************Avoid this site like Dracula avoids Chicken Kyivs. Exactly the same experience as the previous review. Ordered a trolley and received a scarf. Customer services say that we must pay to have it returned to an address in China. They will then offer a refund once they receive the goods back. I can only presume that such a small item would be easily 'lost in transit'. Please leave another review if you have been scammed by them, as the more they have the lower their rating will go.

Complete scam. Ordered a beach trolley received a scarf.
I was convinced this was a scam the wife less so. We ordered. Received order confirmation and shipping details incl tracking number. So far so good. Scarf drops through letter box. Meteoraire tracking number shows the goods delivered.
I'll be contacting them. don't expect to get anywhere. If i do I'll edit the review.

Update: Received an offer from customer services for a full refund if I returned the goods received to China at my expense (ha ha), or a 40% refund to keep the goods received. I responded by telling them it was a clear scam and i had placed a charge back request on my CC. In response, They told me that *they* had initiated a full refund. Either way, my CC account has been credited with the initial payment.
