Methodic Wellness also called FVWORKS charges my card every month and sometimes sooner for a three month supply that I never had a subscription to. When I go on the website to cancel it says I don’t have a subscription. They charge $119/mo for the last three months while I attempted to contact them to reverse charges. I finally had to cancel the card. Please be careful with this company

Live and learn. This company put me on a subscription and has charged me 3 times $78.00 each time! I do not want this product and I cannot stop the subscription as when I try to go to the website my computer freaks out and says FRAUDULENT SITE and I can't do a thing about it. Can't email them and I can't cancel the subscription!

Complete rubbish - product did not do anything - 60 day money back guarantee is useless - no response to repeated emails and web forms. DO NOT BUY

This "company" needs to be found and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for fraud. They are a scam outfit and rip people off! They will stri g you along like they are going to help you and then they just ghost you!

I expressly checked option for a one off purchase, then discovered 4 months later that they had subscribed me anyway and were deducting money.

The amount of product supplied was well in excess of what could be used within the monthly subscription period.

When I tried to contact them via email, the address provided on their website, and in prior communications - did not exist (according to google/gmail).

I dont believe this company is even real. I was charged twice for a 3 month supply and never got one bottle. Had to cancel through pay pal. Only got one email reply from them saying how sorry they were it was taking so long. Just something to string me along. I am not expecting any product and have chalked this scam up to me being too gullible.

My first order came from USA…next order made and shipped from company with the same name from China!😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

4 weeks after not receiving my order and paying extra for fast postage, I have complained o my credit card company. On that very same day, one month after the original order was placed they charged my card agin, without permission.
I have now completed a dispute form and this is with my credit card company.
They are fraudulent and the company is a total SCAM.
Do not order from them under any circumstances.

I ordered one bottle of a supplement and about 3 weeks after the one bottle I got an email stating my three bottle supply was on its way. I responded I didn’t order three more. They said I signed up for the monthly subscription which I didn’t. They said since it had shipped I couldn’t do anything. I asked ( they didn’t offer the info ). About returning once I received the 3 bottle they said sure as soon as you recieve packadge. The next email said that I could keep the bottles and they will refund 15 percent of my total. Cause it would be easier for me. I said absolutely not 15 percent or 100 percent just to go to mail box it’s pretty easy decision. I got nothing back with info I have emailed them twice and the address that I had used said it wasn’t a usable email address any more. Complete SCAM Buyer beware.

I cancelled my subscription in December. It was ignored. I cancelled it in January, they acknowledged it but still shipped and charged me. It’s February, THEY SHIPPED AGAIN. Now it says their email is invalid. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Takes over a month to get the product and they’ve already charged you for more at that point. I canceled and they said I needed a good reason to cancel. Huh?
Then they shipped more. I said I canceled so I do not want any. Nope. I hadn’t given a good enough reason.
After three months and dozens of emails, they said I could return just the last shipment once it was received. That took 6 weeks and by then they stopped returning my messages.
Put in writing you are canceled then block them from charging your card. This is the only way to get them to stop!!! Currently disputing with credit card but these people lie so it is tough to win even with proof of cancellation.

I bought once and have been receiving ongoing shipments & debits ot my bank account. I only noticed today, when writing a review for the other product, Resilia - Oil of Oregano, that here in Australia they both come from the same warehouse/distribution centre, then the penny dropped, I have been emailing Resilia trying to cancel, and emailing Methodic Wellness trying to cancel. Extremely poor or rather lack of Customer Service. I have cancelled the card/account this one debits from and that's the only way I could solve this issue. From now on, any / all on-line services/purchases will happen from a different account card so that if this ever happens again I will not be completely inconvenienced.

We purchased saffron from this company and the ingredients has things that my body is known to be sensitive. I sat through a long "Dr" presentation and ordered 6 bottles.
We have been trying to return "60 day money back" but Allen won't answer us after stating we want to return for a full refund. He had previously offered a 15 %refund. Wth? Don't do business with anyone advertising for them.

They set up a subscription without me knowing. They wont refund. They keep sending me product and wont stop. They respond very slowly to emails and then do not follow through.

It took 5+ weeks to get the first order by which time they had already billed me for 3 more months of pills. They do not respond at all. Do not buy from this company. I am out $150+. I have spent hours getting this rectified. You made me put a date but it went on for months.

I’d give them ZERO STARS if possible! TOTAL SCAM,BEWARE!! It’s January and i still can’t get them to stop billing me. (Started in Oct.) I’ve even cancelled my CC, and now they’re billing the new card!

One day I'll learn not to purchase from an advert without checking on here first. Same story as most reviews on here: bought a 3 month supply of Saffron capsules for £60 with a subscription. Order supposedly fulfilled and despatched but tracking number is fake and nothing received after 3 weeks. Logging into the Methodic Wellness website my subscription cannot be found.

Fortunately (I hope), because I made this purchase using SHOP, I have cancelled the subscription through them and future payments should not bad taken. Guess I'll find out in April if this is the case

They have not delivered my order even though I paid an extra £6.00 for special delivery. Order was last Monday with guaranteed next day delivery payment.
Do not trust them at all.

I cancelled the subscription in Oct 25 and removed my payment information. They acknowledged the cancellation but have sent two additional shipments, charging the card that was deleted. I have asked numerous times to cancel but no response.

Terrible company, ordered in October and did not receive until December. Product makes me sick and asked for refund multiple times under 60 day guarantee and still have not gotten. I also got a second order by accident under a subscription, when i contacted them to cancel it right away, they told me it was too late. It’s mid January and i still have not received that order. Its a total scam!!
