Website said made in USA, stock shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
Ordered.
AFTER payment, screen shows a much higher price.
Tried to cancel order immediately. Not possible as already shipped apparently.
Weeks later still no delivery.
Contact again.
Then receive shipping notification it's just been sent, FROM CHINA!
There's no way I'm consuming this product if it does ever arrive.
Cannot be trusted.

If I could give a zero I definitely would. I originally ordered the Saffron+ & of course they had some special where if you bought 3 you could get them for $47.98 I took a chance on trying the product as I have been suffering Major Depression. I made sure NOT to click any sort of subscription as I don’t even know if I like the product as well as the fact I am on a very fixed income at the moment living solely off unemployment. The original order took 3 1/2 weeks to even arrive. Their tracking number system is totally useless it never shows any movement of the product they claim has been shipped. Then after finally receiving my supplements last week to my surprise I get an email today saying thank you that my order has been shipped & my account has been charged another $47.98 !!!! WTH I JUST GOT THREE MONTHS WORTH WHY WOULD I EVEN NEED ANOTHER THREE MONTHS WORTH ????? & I NEVER AUTHORIZED OR SIGNED UP FOR THIS SCAM !!!!! So NOW I have to figure out how I am going to feed my dog for the next 2 weeks until my next check comes …… I literally barely have enough to pay my bills with my unemployment checks as it is & I SURE DONT NEED TO HE SCAMMED BY SOME SUPPOSED COMPANY that has NO PHONE NUMBER & refuses to return my emails or my customer support request on their so called website!!!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY…. BY THE WAY THEY CLAIM they are in the US however they are MOST DEFINITELY NOT!!! The credit union had a number for them ( I couldn’t get to work) 31615286834 …….

I ordered my items 6 weeks ago, I have emailed them many times but get fobbed off with apologies and reassurances that do not amount to anything. The tracking they provide does not work but mentions China.
Today after a 6 week wait I have received an email saying that they have received my order and are about to ship; I was emailed the same thing 6 weeks ago. I requested a refund 2 weeks ago but was told that they could not refund as the items have been shipped.
Terrible service. Would not use them again.
Edited to add that in response to their published response to this I have emailed them regarding the full refund that they offered and have not had a reply.
ALSO £54.76 was taken from my bank 10th October for the order made 7th October. I did not agree to any subscriptions or reorders and 18th November they took another £54.76 from the same bank card. I have just raised this with my bank.
I have emailed them many many times, including three times today and no reply.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. COMPLETE SCAM.

Methodic Wellness uses misleading sales promotions and has hidden subscription traps when advertising its products. The advertised price was buy 2@ $14.73 get 2 FREE. Instead I was charged $14.73 each. Not only is the advertised price incorrect it also adds you automatically to a monthly subscription. Of course they advertise "cancel anytime" but when you follow the directions to cancel a subscription that I did not subscribe to my account says, you do not have any subscriptions. So then how are you charging me (double) monthly for a subscription that I did not agree to nor is it listed that I am subscribed? I have emailed the company and they have responded to me but they keep giving me the same instructions to cancel the subscription after I have repeatedly told them my account says- "you don't have any subscriptions yet". Along with an excuse about the missleading prices in the ad. I would NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANYTHING FROM METHODIC WELLNESS. They are also listed as "suspicious" on scam advisor. Too bad I found out after I ordered. Save your money and go to your local health food store.

I won't purchase from this company again. The supplement took a long time to arrive which was suspicious. Even though it says that it's a USA based company, the tracking number says China Post Tracking No.
You have to log in into your account to be able to remove payment details and cancel the subscription. Otherwise they charge you a monthly fee and will send you supplements that take almost the whole month to arrive.

Awful service. 10/21 request to cancel. Company kept asking why, delaying me until the order shipped. 11/2 im told too late to cancel. Do not order!!

Yet another online site tricking customers into monthly subscription without clarifying that at the time of purchase.
BUYERS BEWARE

Placed an order 29/9/25 and its still in transit 3 weeks later. No indication where it’s sitting in transit. Customer service provided tracking link which didn’t work, no explanation.
Ive also received an email asking what I thought of the product even though I haven’t received it.
