NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Purchased once, charged my credit card two additional times. Done through PayPal, challenged and declined. Gone to my bank to dispute. Only ever received initial purchase, subsequent two orders never received. Emailed Metodic Wellness multiple times over two months and never received a response. No subscription signed up for and none showing on my account, yet repeated charges on my credit card. Email updates on delivery delay, tried tracking and no record of the number provided. TOTAL SCAM.
Email received telling me to cancel my subscription. I have no subscription showing on my account. Replied as such and yet again, no response.

Dishonest company with no integrity or sense of urgency for their customers (Takes your money and ghosts you until the next payment comes out but still doesn't resolve issues at hand. )

I queried as to why there was a subscription set up and why it was not cancelled when I instructed from the on-set as I did not agree to a subscription.

I methodically confirmed in writing to them that I do not consent for any funds to be deducted from my account from the first payment.

3 months later I am still battling for them to take action their side.

In the interest of your well-being, do not consider buying from this company.

I ordered the Saffron from this company as a one time order. This company has charged my credit card 3 additional times. They are currently attempting to try and charge my account a fourth time for the one order that was placed months ago. I have not received any additional products or services. Yet this company continues to try and debit my account. I have contacted them via email multiple times requesting that they stop charging and attempting to charge my account. My emails have gone unanswered. I have had to inactivate my Apple Pay account in order to stop them from placing charges on my account. Do not go near Methodic Wellness.

I have deleted my subscription in December. Of course they are sending product to me. This product is over hipped. I do not want it

Order first part of December and as of today, January 2, I gave received nothing. Got emails stating the shipping company is struggling to send orders. Luckily I paid through PayPal and money was returned. They are investigating this company since they approve payment through them.

Do not buy anything from Methodic Wellness. Total scam. No delivery and no refunds. They will send you bogus tracking updates for a while, then the product is lost and so is your money. Zero satisfaction.

Beware, my experience was if you order they will automatically sign you up for a “monthly” 3 month supply!
My first order took 4-6 weeks to get here. I originally ordered a 3 month supply to try. I then started getting 3 month supply every month and my credit card was charged monthly. I sent emails and canceled but they ignored everything. I was forced to cancel my credit card! After that was done they said they would refund one of the orders that I never made? They even asked me to change my review in a email! Because of what I experienced I do not recommend this company!

Ordered 2-3 months ago and never received.
Emailed and asked for a refund they responded and refuse to refund.
SCAM

I placed an order in September but they took till now 4 times €70 of my credit card! I received my order once and send them an email but got no reply!
I truly feel ripped off! My credit card company is investigating!

Total scam operation. Tried several avenues to reach them to cancel order and get a refund under their 60 day policy but of course they won’t answer me emails and messages. Do not buy !!!!

I originally ordered only ONE BOTTLE of Saffron Complete to make sure I could tolerate it. Suddenly I am receiving automatic "refills" of this product WITHOUT MY REQUESTING IT. I found that I could not tolerate one of the additives in the product, so I knew I would never order again. HOWEVER, somewhere along the way, someone changed my order to auto refill. I do not trust this company. The product I received came in packaging from China.

As with everyone else here ordered first week of November and its now the second week of December and nothing. Was at first answering emails with the same weak excuses others her have gotten. Demanded refund and got no response, keep sending emails keep getting silence. Dont go near these scammers. Im down over $100 , and nothing to show for it. Damn disgusted.

Absolute scammers ordered over 2 weeks ago ok to tak your money & send Yu confirmation email without telling yu they will direct debt every month emails unanswered

They absolutely suck. I was somehow unbeknownst to me signed up for a subscription. I've been bombarding them with emails for days to have it stopped and to give me verification in writing.
I can't even get them to let me know when this product will arrive as I'm going to be away and need my friend to collect it.
I'm very upset.

I'm writing a review because I ordered my product on November 9, 2025 and still have yet to receive my order and it is December 3, 2025. I haven't had the privy to try the product. I've ordered so much more and received my products from other websites. They have no way to contact them. I've sent the email multiple times as the only way to contact and they have not contacted me back yet. Like this is ridiculous. I even went ahead and canceled my subscription because it is due to come out on the 9th of December. I can't risk that and I have never even received the product.

Sent a shipment I did not approve of. I even contacted them prior to shipment as I saw they had a series of unauthorized shipments scheduled. This is a rip off. No one needs that much product that fast.

Terrible experience, similar to every other review i was charged for a second order I did not want or approve. Had to literally cancel my credit card and have a new one reissued, not to mention I have never ever received my original order from 8 weeks ago. Total scam!!!!

Wow. Ordered 6 weeks ago, still do not have original order, and saw that another 3 bottles were put through and paid for. Demanded refunds, but no communication returned as of yet. I had spoken to Allan previously, and he was apologetic as well. I removed my payment information from my account and cancelled my subscription, and hopefully that works. I also emailed and received a response from George, who allegedly also cancelled my account on Nov 19, 2025. I am a senior, and a great grandmother and on limited income, and these $70 purchases on my card are killing me! Unfortunately I did not use a credit card (interac debit), so no one will remove the charges. Someone needs to shut this company down fast. $`140 CAD already, and I cannot seem to stop them hitting my account for more.

The saffron product is not made in the US nor is it third party verified. A company that pays for third party verification of ingredients will proudly share evidence of the third party verification. Methodic Wellness insists the saffron product is made in the US and is third party verified but won’t share results due to the proprietary nature of the formula. Tried to cancel my order just after ordering and they refused as it already shipped. Tracking was from China and the order never arrived so it was resent. I received it about 5 weeks after ordering. They claim they offer a 60 day refund for unopened product. I emailed immediately after receiving the order (didn’t open the very obviously made in China bottles) requesting the process to return for a refund. No response after three attempts to reach out over a week. Fortunately I caught that they automatically enrolled me in a subscription and canceled that or this would be even more of an issue. My order was almost $90 and I have a product not made in the US and not third party verified as they claim. I ordered through Shopify and have also reported the issue to them. If you had the same issue, please report and post to prevent others from losing out!

If a zero star rating was an option, I would select a zero star rating.

Methodic Wellness based on my experience appears to be a scam!

I was charged more than I agreed to, and the charge comes from the Netherlands! Not the US. I will not be surprised though if this US product is actually from China and I never consume anything from China. Between the charge and the Netherlands company location (if that is even true) I am pretty sure I have been duped. It is getting so risky and frustrating to buy anything online that I am about to stop altogether. I feel like a total fool.
