Recently had my tools PAT tested. The Engineer was on time and very polite. Very Fast and Efficient Company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was able to complete all test required and easy to arrange and communicate with .

Recently had a pat test and fire alarm test carried out. Cannot fault the service at all. The ladies in the office are very polite and knowledgeable as i didn't know the protocol very well. They made the whole process of booking, paying, and receiving the certificates so easy. Absolutely outstanding service! I will be using metropat for the forseable future and will also be highly recommending them to other clients.

I have used their service again yesterday for our EICR.
There was no problem from setting up the appointment to the technician's visit, all achived according to the plan.
Very professional. The report arrived today as it was promised.

The engineer visited the properties got the test done , the silly girls in the office chased down for the money . They got the money they sent certificates with the wrong address, then its a headache for me to chase them to make corrections. Everyone keeps saying it will be sent over this today but nothing arrives in my inbox . Now she's telling me there's a problem with her system SMH , jokers . I won't ever use them again waste of my time.

The technician was thorough with the appliance inspection and the report was prompt. The customer service rep was courteous and the electrician arrived exactly when they said they would.

When I called them for pat testing and Fire risk assessment I was impressed by their swift response and professionalism I had to introduce them to colleagues and friends .

Booked an appointment, the engineer did not arrive then lied to say he did. Tenant now in the property so unable to revisit so cancelled appointment.

Company refused to provide refund minus the £39 cancellation fee instead kept the whole £141.

3.6 stars for a reason. Untrustworthy.

Have just had a PAT test carried out. I found the experience very straightforward and easy. I found Metro Pat 247 extremely helpful and efficient from the immediate quote and then booking, to the actual engineer’s visit. I received the certificate the very next day. I call that excellent service and all at a very reasonable cost. Thank you

Never dealt with a more unprofessional and incompetent company. Using Metro Pat 247 Ltd is VERY DANGEROUS.
Fire Risk Assessments are to protect peoples lives after Grenfell - this company charge a low price but give zero service. and their report is inaccurate too. I had to get another company out to do a proper FRA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
