Great customer service, amazing range of tiles
Brilliant company, We ordered some sample tiles which had gone out of stock with another company.
They arrived quickly and well packaged.
On seeing they were exactly the same we put an order in for over 500.
Reece came back next day to advise they were unfortunately out of stock but were due in 3 weeks.
Very happy with the customer service from Reece.
He kept in touch and the tiles were despatched a bit earlier than planned.
They look amazing on our kitchen wall.
I'd highly recommend Metro Tiles to anyone.
We would gladly use again if / when needed.

Great company
Would recommend this company to anyone wanting quality tiles at a reasonable price.
From start to finish the order was handled in a very professional manner. Reece was very helpful and knowledgeable about the tiles.

Tile samples broken and late
Tile samples were late to arrive, apparently the parcel was sent back because of damages. But I wasn’t informed, then the second parcel arrived with 2 samples broken.
Reece was very polite, however as the samples arrived late and were damaged. However they did give me a partial refund but I would be reluctant to order from them.

Thank you for your review !
As state in our email chain, we are sorry the tiles where damaged during transit - although this is very rare it can happen and therefore we provided a refund for those tiles.
All I can say is that we have a very low damages rate but on the off chance they do occur we replace them urgently !

I received a pack of damaged tiles and without quibble they sent out a complete replacement within 24 hrs. Brilliant service. They are my new defacto place for tiles! Highly recommend

Really quick service
Really quick service. Large order of tiles arrived within 4 days. Only minor issue was that I was not advised that they been dispatched so a little bit of a surprise when the delivery driver rang me. Best price on Internet by a large margin. Will use again.

delivery charge
no problem receiving the samples which were great.
I went to purchase this morning only to find out that the delivery charge is just as much as the tiles themselves.
Only wanted a small amount on this occasion but this order would of lead to more sales in the future.
I have no problem paying for delivery but it needs to be reasonable.
one box of tiles does not need to be delivered on a pallet !

As stated in our email chain, I'm afraid the delivery price is not something we can amend regardless of order size as is what we are charged ourselves.
