I ordered two items via Argos (separate ones). Tv cabinet hasn’t arrived and DHL has no information on it. The lighting has arrived (which I ordered later than the tv stand). I don’t understand how the lighting has arrived before the tv cabinet as that was ordered and despatched first. If I don’t get my items I will be complaining straight with my bank and trading standards as I’m not going to be going back and forth with this company like other customers have been.

Here is an update the company is failing to respond to my messages and dhl do not have the parcel. I have now gone ahead and reported this company to trading standards for not communicating with me so there has been no resolution.

I have now also processed a court order of small court claims with fees liable to the company.

Your willing to take peoples money but do nothing to resolve issues, the company is a shambles

I was searching for very specific dimensions, and this was one of the few places that offered enough options and variety that I was able to find what I wanted. IT came quicker than they said it would and was perfect for what I needed. I recommend.

Lovely products and good value

I ordered a baby changing table from Debenhams (didn’t initially realise MH Star was the supplier), which arrived missing a vital component, meaning it couldn’t be properly assembled or used.

What followed was weeks of back and forth with customer service. Rather than simply providing the missing part or replacing the item, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds and asked whether we could fix or adapt the product ourselves — which isn’t really an acceptable solution for a brand-new baby product.

Eventually, after weeks of trying to resolve the issue, they agreed to provide a full refund once they had collected the item. However, despite the exact same changing table still being available to purchase on their website, they would not provide a replacement.

I’m therefore left having to start again and find another changing table after spending weeks trying to resolve an issue that wasn’t my fault in the first place.

Really disappointing customer service and a very frustrating experience, particularly when preparing for a baby. I certainly wouldn’t order from Debenhams or MH Star again and would recommend thinking twice before doing so.

Ordered a weighted vest. When it arrived it was of really sub standard quality and the weights that came with it were too big to fit in the pockets of the vest. They offered me a 25% partial refund, who'd take a partial refund for something you can't even use??? Now I have to return it and pay £12 postage, absolute joke.

I recently ordered an item through tesco marketplace for an Homcom Electric Riser Recliner Massage Chair.
Having paid , I awaited delivery , it was 2 to 3 days.
The delivery was despatched by MH Star UK Ltd , via DPD.
When the delivery arrived it was supposed to be 2 of 2 boxes, only 1 box recieved.
When I sent an e-mail to MH Star , they replied there was an issue saying box 2 of 2 had been marked as return to sender .They said It would take 2 to 3 days for box 2 of 2 to be delivered , I confirmed that we would like the order to be delivered, and have since had no reply , I told them we were going on a short holiday and I arranged for my son to be at home on the 26/09/26, still no reply.
Very Very poor Customer Service
I would like to return the box 1 of 2 so I can get a refund.

I must admit this is the first time I have used this company but I have been pleasantly surprised. The garden seat cover I ordered is really good quality and, with a good price and free delivery, I will definitely look to them when ordering anything else

fantastic! Purchased for my daughter she absolutely loves it. Easy to put together and Love that you can fold it to put away when not in use. It is also more sturdy then I expected. Highly recommend. Fast efficient delivery too.

Easy to place order, fast free delivery, well packaged fire, looks lovely in situ. Not made of metal as I thought but is a type of resin which is lighter but perfectly acceptable

Order delivered to random address Aosom attitude was go find the address and get the product yourself

The plant container arrived really well packaged! All the parts looked of a good quality, the bolts came in a little fabric bag accompanied with a little screwdriver to put the parts together. Assembling it was very easy and although there was two of us to put it together I think I could have managed it on my own apart from lifting it into position in my terraced garden.
I'm so pleased with it that I'm going to order another one for the other side of my garden! It's a great price too!
