I ordered a skip with a door
I ordered a skip with a door. It was delivered without. I called you spoke with the lady who wanted photos- sent and heard nothing back. After 2 emails has a refund of £25.00 well been told its coming, but we had to physically lift a full skip of dirt in from out of a wheel barrow. Mistakes happen but its the way you respond to them matters. Conversation with the lady who answered pretty well flat a pancake, little feeling of effort to resolve - other than mess me about further wasting my time sending photos and email to prove what i had said.

skip cancelled after confirmation
I booked a skip and got it confirmed but next day cancelled it because the firm they subbed it out to didnt have on with an opening door skip so you down graded me to a normal skip with the offer of a refund. I have now cancelled the order so I wonder how long I will have to wait for my money back

Really easy to order, delivery might be a surprise
Really easy to order and find what I wanted. I only gave 4 stars as there is no indication on date/ times for delivery and, if it is anything like the joists the other week, delivery might just be a surprise! The price saving might just be worth it.
