Middletons Avis 

Just visited the Brierley hill branch in need of help. The staff member Ryan, who was in store was brilliant and went above and beyond to help. Lovely, caring and friendly and helped far more than he had to.
He and his colleagues at head office helped to make a terrible situation a little less overwhealming.

We needed a mobility scooter. Andrew was very helpful, and fully explained the best one for us.

I visited the Nottongham branch of Middletons with my 91 year old Mother on 20th September. The sales adviser, Steve Mills gave us excellent service and made sure the chair we chose was the best option for my Mum. We were impressed with both the quality of the products and how helpful Steve was. We are now looking forward to delivery of the chair as an early Christmas present..

We bought a £3000 Discovery plus folding scooter with the idea that we could travel abroad. Unfortunately when we were able to fly for the first time a few weeks ago we found that it was so difficult to remove the battery and fold. The connections are too short to disconnect and reconnect. Unfortunately Middletons service did not seem able to offer a solution other than contacting the Ombudsman Dept.

A massive thank you to Steve at the Nottingham showroom. You were wonderful with my mum. Very helpful. We cannot wait to receive delivery of mums new chair in time for Christmas.

Brilliant service

I recently had an issue with my scooter, meaning I'd be completely stranded for a weekend while my husband was away. Despite several attempts (long, frustrating telephone queues) and Middletons stating they'd marked my repair as urgent, it couldn't be fixed in time for that weekend. Caron from the Exeter store went way above and beyond to help me in my urgent situation, I can't praise her enough, if every member of staff and every dept was half as caring as Caron, Middletons would be fantastic.

We bought a mobility scooter from Middleton's for my mother. The sales manager we friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. He had plenty of time for us and asked us questions to understand the situation and what type of scooter was the best option, which wasn't the most expensive one. We felt very confident we made a good purchase.

Gail provided some good advice on a scooter for our daughter who suffers from ME. She didn't try to upsell us with more than we needed. Very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from Rhoda at Burton-on-Trent branch. She was very helpful and took her time to explain everything and help me make the right choice. She also provided coffee and cakes.

As always we were well looked after by Jen who as always makes great coffee
Nothing is too much trouble and goes out of her way to explain how things work, would recommend Middletons every time

went to Cardiff store this afternoon with my mum and Kim helped her decide which scooter was best for her. We even had tea and cake as part of the coffee morning for Cancer Research! Great touch Kim,

Caron at the Exeter store was amazing! The store was like home from home. Me and mum got to try all of the scooters we were interested in. The race track made it a fun as well informative. Carons knowledge of each scooter helped us to work out quickly what was suitable for our needs. The scooter I purchased is perfect for me and I can’t wait for it to arrive. Mum is yet to decide on what she wants to do, but we know that we will go back to see Caron when mum has decided.
