User friendly application. I was able to fill in the gaps and reconstruct my mileage logs quickly and easily. Thank you for creating such an amazing app that even this grandmother could easily figure out and use.

This app allows me to track my mileage from my smartphone in the background without draining my battery. The interface is easy to navigate and I find everything I need quickly & easily. The feature to reconstruct my mileage log retrospectively saved me during my recent audit. Thank you MileageWise for saving me both time & money.

Easy to use, app doesn’t drain my battery by the end of the day, trip auto classification saves effort. It is also full of features have never been seen anywhere else. Good job!

Most in-depth mileage tracker out there. Perfect for filling taxes!

One of the thing that I love about the app is that is running in the back ground and as soon you finish you trip it self give you the mile that you drive and gave you the options of personal or business categories .

Freaking Awesome people that work at Mileage Wise.
If your looking for app that helps u track your drive then this one is it!
I really do use this app daily an its been extremely helpful! Also they give you 2 weeks free before you pay your premium which is well worth it!

Definitely a must when it comes to tracking your ever day mileage. It also keel records and you can adjust past miles too! If you're a taxi driver, I definitely recommend!

I wanted to convert my handwritten travel logs, so I paid for the MileageWise program.

Unfortunately, their software could not differiate my business miles and personal miles. Trips I entered, were jumbled around, some addresses were randomly removed or shifted to other dates. I counted 16 mistakes in January alone.

When I emailed MileageWise about the mistakes I found in my reports and the "error" messages I kept receiving, I could not get a direct answer as to how to correct them.
Gary, at one point explained to me, the actual report may contain errors but the information online would be correct. What?!

I finally had to get PayPal involved for a refund. Since I've requested my money back, $179.00, The company has started to harass me through email. I just received another email this morning from Gary, informing me, he called the IRS on me. Seriously?!

I will continue to update about my experience with this company.

Amazing software!
The software is extremely smart, knows a lot more compared to other mileage tracking softwares. It is very easy to log your trips on the mobile app. Also their web dashboard has a great layout, lots of little extras to manage your logs faster and easier. Only downside is that it takes a little bit of time to get used to everything, but once you've mastered it, managing your logs is a breeze.

My favourite function is AdWise, you should give it a try.
Carina was very helpful and I had a very great experience with her.

In all the time I have been using computer programs and apps (since 1983) I have never had worse customer service from any company. I do not consider myself a computer expert, but I am no novice either. I have actually taught others how to use programs and apps.

This company takes days responding and then they fail to actually help you. That is not "customer service". And how do they answer? They just send you "tutorial" links that do not actually answer the question. This is a very poorly ran company. Carina Spada (a "customer service" rep) wrote me; "As I have mentioned before, none of our clients have any problems understanding our Help Articles or the Guidance that we provide for them. We have step by step instructions as well as pictures to guide the User on any particular Function we have, or they may have a question about." The reply is insulting and obviously untrue since I was a client and I did not understand. None of the links actually answered the questions I asked. And in any case, perhaps they should learn to be a little more hands-on, not just send a link and an insult. SMH

You will also note that this same Catrina Spade (who works for the company) posted a review here and acts like a consumer. Just plain dishonest. There are a number of one reviews listings on this site. I recognize one other as working for MileageWise but likely all of these reviews are bogus.

MileageWise is amazing. Before I bought it I struggled to keep my mileage logs, and now I spend a maximum of 10-15 minutes/ month finalizing them. Easy to use, very practical! Thank you!

"What is the biggest plus for me? The fact that my life doesn’t have to revolve around mileage logs. I don’t have to deal with this thing that is foreign to me and unnecessarily complicated because the MileageWise team will take care of it. Thanks again for that."

Works great! I love it.

Very easy to use. I have used many mileage apps and this is by far the best.

I have been a small business owner since 2010. I have tried many different programs that have caused me a lot of headaches. There were problems with IRS audits and checks too. Then I decided to try MileageWise! Worth the price! The IRS haven't found anything so far! The program is good! I can save time and money with it and it gives you peace of mind which is priceless! That’s what I won with this mileage log software. I can only recommend it to everyone! Ildiko Nagy, Logistics manager

I can only say the best things about MileageWise. Finally, I don’t spend hours preparing the documents needed for my taxes - impeccable in every way. Basically one to two minutes a day is needed to keep accurate records of my trips. It is important that I can also continuously monitor my expenses. Great program, many times it draws my attention to mistakes I made so I can correct them right away, which would be very difficult to fix in retrospect.

I strongly recommend it to everyone. Easy to use, well designed, used with a mobile app is simply awesome. Customer service is fast and very helpful.
