Fantastic product and a must for golfers
The ordering process was easy and it was so relieving to know that the product was stored in a warehouse in the United States. Even though it took several days to be picked up from the warehouse, it still made better time being in the US.
I love the speaker and the detachable GPS. It’s made my game much better knowing that I have several club options knowing the yardage of front middle and back. Using a range finder told me the pin but not the size of the green.
I definitely recommend this to all golfers

Fantastic unit! Just some small annoyances.
I have been using my new GeneSonic Pro for about four rounds now. My overall rating is about a 4.75. Its strengths are its course display/distances, awesome sound, detachable GPS unit, and uber-strong magnetic mount.
The weaknesses are few. I would recommend improving three areas:
Red touch areas are difficult to see in bright sunlight and wearing sunglasses. Maybe white or yellow push areas.
There are no written instructions on when to press either button to log GPS positions for shots. Especially annoying when working on/around greens. Maybe a small audible ‘beep’ when a position/shot is recorded. And no provisions to easily enter scores when you forget to log your position.
A bit of a pain when trying to edit scores. Maybe a separate button taking you directly to entering scores instead of having to scroll to the bottom of the page for club selection.

The screen timeout is designed to help conserve battery so the device can last through a full round. While it can’t be fully disabled, you can extend it:
* Go to Settings > Screen Off
* Turn Screen Saver off
* Set it to the longest available time (15 minutes)
You can quickly wake the screen by double-tapping or pressing the power button on the side.
We appreciate your suggestion and will pass it on to our product team for future improvements.
Speaker doesn’t work
Speaker doesn’t work. Finds golf courses but cannot load them. Randomly turns it self on and off so doesn’t stay charged. Have emailed their help several times with no response.

Regarding the "unable to access the golf course" error, this can sometimes be resolved by updating the MILESEEY Golf app to the latest version and installing any available firmware updates for your device.

Excellent equipment with crystal clear communications
I purchased this item as a gift for my husband for Father's day! He is a scratch golfer and absolutely loved this gift! The speaker's magnet is so strong that he does not have to worry about it coming off the cart! The hand-held range finder is magnificent and very accurate! The only downfall is the application does not work correctly and it needs to be updated! Overall, my husband ranks this his top gift he has ever received! 6 stars for the product (just need an updated application)!

Great product
Great product, 2 complaints, it doesn't come with a case, and for some reason after about 20 mins of music the volume randomly drops to almost off

Regarding the volume drop after around 20 minutes of playback: this is a built-in speaker protection feature that automatically lowers volume when the internal temperature rises during extended use, especially at high volume levels. It’s designed to protect the speaker components and extend the device’s lifespan, though we understand it can feel unexpected during use.
As for the carrying case, a dedicated model is in the works and will be available soon. Stay tuned to our official website and social channels for the release announcement.

Very Poor Mileseey product with zero customer service
I purchased this range finder via instagram costing circa £500. I also bought an upgraded case. Firstly I nearly lost it as the £28 case broke within a month of having it as the clip broke off the case. It didn’t make a huge difference as the range finder very quickly stopped working. I messaged the company to inform them of the broken range finder and send them an image of the broken case but they haven’t bothered to respond. I have never written a bad review of anything before but this product is so poor and the company clearly don’t care that I want to protect other consumers from wasting their money. My advice is to avoid their products and stick to reliable companies that have built a brand through creating high quality products supported by strong customer service.

Hole transitions are not smooth and score keeping is clumsy and not user friendly. Scoring should automatically come up at the change of holes.

Love the sound
Love the sound made me nervous without a secure strap but I have used it several times with no issues and worked great even though i live in small communities in SW Wisconsin covered all the corses i have been on near mecharge didn't last through 2 rounds of golf though but overall extremely satisfied and I would recommend it to other people

This rangefinder is great!
This rangefinder is great. It's the first one I've used, but it's everything I expected and seems to be the best of both worlds, a GPS system and quality rangefinder.
The only thing I would improve is the ability to better manage the rounds on the touch screen. Bring able to edit it update scores, complete the rounds, reopen rounds, etc. once you've left the course would be great. If this is possible, I haven't figured out how.
Also, I would make the manual smaller and adjust the case so that it can carry the device, charge cable, and manual together. That's very minor though. Overall, very happy with the purchase and product!
