Greg was great! He arrived few minutes early and waited for me while I was on my way back. He also sorted out all the small issues I had with painting around the utility room and replaced cracked silicon, great guy and definitely an asset to Millers technicians team.

Had a great experience with Miller Homes, ladies in the sales office were fabulous, Debbie Charlotte Lynn couldn’t do enough for you 5 stars definitely, snagging was very limited for the house and just waiting in 1 more thing to be sorted, Site manager and his assistant Andrew and Alex were fantastic nothing was any bother and went above and beyond for you - 5+ stars for them - I’m so happy with my house thank you for making it a great experience. Debbie was very helpful and informative during our visit to Blakeney Green, we were more so browsing but there was no overwhelming pressure from Debbie. She also had a very personal touch, speaking and involving the children and directly releating to experiences with other families.

Me and my partner walked in for a some information on the new estate in Ushaw Moor, Pamela gave us everything we needed and was so lovely and helpful.

Craig was extremely personable and polite! He went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was done to the point he changed his schedule to meet our availability! He was so lovely and understanding and fixed all our issues perfectly! Absolutely excellent- couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We recently bought a new build house on the Miller Homes Astley Park Development, Seaton Delaval. Steve Mason was the Sales Manager looking after us. The service we received from Miller Homes staff but Steve in particular was second to non.
From our first visit registering our interest to the day we received our keys.
Our purchase wasn’t straight forward because of issues lower down in our chain but Steve was instrumental in chasing solicitors, estate agents and we felt he went over and above to get us across the finish line.
He was also fantastic in our options meeting helping us get additional carpets in our deal as well as other upgrades.
Steve is a credit to Miller homes along with Matt and Craig with our after care

I cannot thank Debra Mead, Sales Advisor at Miller Homes at Fellside Gardens, enough for all her help throughout my move. Debra was absolutely outstanding from start to finish — friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Been a while since I purchased a home. I looked at various developments around Northampton and Miller’s stood out. Like the design, layout and especially the customer support. Yvette, at the Norwood Quarter development, was tremendous. Patient with her time and my confusion! It felt like much more than a sales pitch! Thanks Yvette.

Mark and Greg came to do some snagging and we’re both very professional and knowledgeable. They did everything that was asked of them and it was no trouble at all. Would definitely request them again for any future snagging works. Thanks guys.

Minde visited our property on 11/09/26 to fix several snagging issues with our property. He was fantastic did a thorough job was at property for a few hours and did everything to a high standard. Was so refreshing to have someone do a job and do it to a high standard and care about his work. I highly recommend minde for if you are needing any work done to your home.
