Mister Vape Avis 

This was my 1st order with Mister Vape. it was a super easy process. delivery came within 3 days, because i ordered late at night, i chose this company because they had some good reviews recently. they have had so many flavours and kits to choose from, very happy i chose mister vape. will be returning in the new year for sure.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. I ordered an eleaf Melo 5 tank over a month ago and I still haven't received it.. the contact number from the website doesn't work, and the customer service team, when emailed, either take too long to respond or they don't respond at all! The postage method was supposed to be tracked, but I didn't at all receive a tracking number. When I asked for it, I was ignored. I ended up having to get a refund through my bank, of which I've now discovered has been challenged by Mister Vape! The audacity! I'll never be ordering from this merchant ever again, and I'll be advising all of my family, friends, and anyone reading this review to also avoid.

Top dog! Proper excited to play around with my new kit, haven't had the chance yet as it came justbefore i was going to work. all liquids have arrived intact. super duper!

Delivery - Very good delivery time, delivered within 3 working days. Dispatched on time and tracking number given.

Customer service - I didn't need to contact mister vape, everthing went through very smoothly.

Product - Quality peice of kit, coils work perfectly and flavour is very good, comes through exactly as it should do. I purchased 2 tecc arc slim kits. both working fine.

Ordered a vape from Mister Vape, told it would be 5 working days to be delivered. Emailed after 10 working days to be told a replacement would be sent. It’s been over a month and still no vape. Asked for the vape, a replacement or a refund today, waiting on a reply but not hopeful I will receive one or the vape I ordered. Shocking service

Great customer service and order received, super fast delivery and very well packaged up, some free goodies were received aswell, although i'm not sure i have any use for them as it was some bottle opener and neck rd. but appreciate the gesture anyway

My very first order with this company. I made just the other day, it came very quick, much quicker then i had expected. I purchased a small handy little kit thats made by a company called geek vape. it really packs a punch to say it's just a small handheld vape kit.

I am so pleased to have received and purchased this kit, it really does help me keep of the ciggies, because i keep going back to cigs quite often, but this kit i'm not even craving a cig.

Delivered arrived on time, products are fantastic and are 100% genuine, i've personally checked up on the manufactures website to make sure i wasn't buying a dodgy item. an all good round service.

A real diamond in the rough, ended up getting a charger worth £30 for only 99p just because of there offers. thought it was a bit iffy if you ask me, but items delivered and only spent £6 and got about £60 worth of stuff.

I order from mister vape on more a less a weekly basis. They have some really high quality flavours in stock and some awesome looking kits. the prices are really good and customer service is fab.

I rarely get any issues with my orders, but if i do, there customer support is always on hand to help me out. You can track your order via royal mail or evri i've noticed they have started to use recently. Great service from a great vape business.

Very good service from mister vape, there was an issue with royal mail and they kept me updated with my parcel. i have received it this morning and everything looks great, no complaints with the service here.

Fast postage, excellent vape deals, they have some great offers on at 99p at the moment. literally i think there just getting rid of everything at 99p, just bought a whole bundh of stuff.

Excllent service, went above and beyond for me. I didn't know what i was doing with my kit, so when i spoke to customer service they literally sent me a video setting it up for me and i followed that video and got it working perfectly. I am very happy with the service and product from mister vape.

Just what the docotr has ordered, literally. I was told by my doctor i needed to quit smoking, so i found mister vape and there customer service was fantastic, found me a kit way under my budget,.

What surprised me is, i gave them a budget of £100 and unlike other shops, they actually went out and told me there isn't need to spend that much and came back with a kit for £30 and said thats much better then kits at £80, so they had a lot of room to play with and i must say you don't get many honest reatailers doing that!
