Fantastic company very helpful and understanding.
I was seeking advice for a wheelchair for my dad that would suit his needs as a normal standard wheelchair was not doing this. would definatly recomend this company. The staff are very helpful, especially james who has been so fantastic with helping me find what my father needed. I am so glad i found this company.

After much research I chose the S425
After much research I chose the S425. Really pleased with smooth ride and extra's like lifting of the arms and seat turning making getting on and off easier. After travelling to the super market ( half mile away) I find that my son is willing to take me to and fro, so I don't need the scooter. After travelling lass than six miles on it I need to sell it for a (much reduced price). I can recommend Mobility Co. to any person who is looking for Scooter, or chair etc.

The best chair you can buy
The jazzy air chair is the only chair worth buying
Yes, that sounds extreme but hear me out.
I’m 70 in two weeks time. Due to radiation miscalculation in my treatment, my spine was fried and I became paraplegic eight months ago.
Mobility code have helped me on my journey to genuine independence. The jazzy air chair takes you to eye-level with a positive impact on every social interaction. The supermarket easier, stopping for a chat. One of the best advantages is operating the chair at a height in my flat it’s all familiar eye lines. Transfers are a joy combined with the slip sheet. You can always use gravity to drop from the chair to the bed or vice versa similarly with my driving ramp van transferring to the driver seat always with the drop because of the jazz features. Seriously, there’s no other chair to consider.

The company badly let down by the delivery team.
The sales team were excellent when I bought and paid on 23 January 2026..
It was advertised that delivery would be 7 to 10 days. I heard nothing regards a delivery date so I had to call them to find out. I was told it would be 26th February 2026!
After complaining they amended the delivery to 12th February 2026 between the hours of 0700 and 0800. No delivery turned up! I tried calling the company and despite they advertise the office is open at 0800 it is not. I eventually got through to someone at 0845.
I was informed the delivery would now be between 0930 and 1000. Guess what? it didn't turn up at that time....... eventually it did.... at 1030.
The driver told me they had me down as 1st delivery but as they still had a delivery from the previous day to make in Poole they changed me to 2nd delivery.... without informing or calling me to let me know!!!!
Summing up I would say the sales team are excellent but after sales care and attention was poor plus the delivery section badly lets the company down. They also need to amend their advertised delivery time due to these problems.

However, I’m genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delivery delays and lack of communication. You were absolutely right to expect clearer updates, especially after being given specific time slots. Not being informed about the route change on the day, and then having to chase us for updates, is not the level of service we want any customer to experience.
While delivery schedules can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, we should always communicate changes properly and promptly. Your feedback regarding the advertised times and the aftersales communication is noted, and we will be reviewing this internally to ensure improvements are made.

Royale 4 mobility scooter
Like the product & the price but there is a lack of communicating in naming a delivery date.After 9days and awaiting a phone call at 2pm on Friday it unexpectedly arrived at 3.30pm that day from Dundee!
