The delivery was great next day

The delivery was great next day, however I had a problem with the largest suitcase and I am still waiting for them to get back to me
As I am leaving on holiday soon, reason I bought new suitcases, I managed to get the lock sorted. Apparently it was loose and needed tightening. It would have been great had Modora got back to me personally 😕

Faulty handbag but helpful customer service

I bought the ‘Grey Metal Handle Shiny Clutch Bag’ which arrived really quickly and is a nice little handbag. Unfortunately one of the clasps on the hoop handle was twisted and wouldn’t close. I contacted Modora’s customer services and after several conversations (including them suggesting I use a pair of pliers to close the clasp) they agreed, as the handbag was damaged, to refund the £2.99 postage as a way of reducing the cost.

Wrong item sent and overall bad service

They sent me the wrong item and was told that the item that I ordered is out of stock in my size but on their website it said that they were a few items still in stock. I was offered a refund and messaged them regarding refunding me my shipping fee as they were responsible for the wrong item being send and I told them to please update their website with correct stock information. I did not get a response but I was send an invoice with my refund amount including the shipping fee but when the refund came into my account it did not include the shipping fee which is not right.

The most aggressive person who phoned me shouting at me my colleagues heard unbelievable because I declined paying £45 for postage from main land to Northern Ireland have never heard such abuse from a young male in my life absolutely

Zero after sales service!!

Terrible customer service for this company! I typically read reviews before purchasing but didn’t do so this time. The dresses I ordered were shipped out in time but that’s where it all ends. The dresses were too large though I ordered my usual size. I mailed them to request a return and was told to use the label provided ‘in the parcel’ to return. There was no label so I returned at my own cost- fair enough. That’s where customer service response ended. The address they provided in the return email was registered to a company with a different name. I contacted them to clarify that this indeed was the right address- no reply. I returned the dresses- no acknowledgement of return although tracking shows it was delivered. I contacted them to follow up- no reply still. It’s been radio silence from them. Very, very, very poor!! I had intended to order the smaller sizes of the dresses but changed my mind with their appalling lack of response. I will create a chargeback complaint with my bank on Monday, and will not use this site ever again!

First class customer service

I was so impressed with the clothes ordered for my daughter's visit to Oman, we placed a second order! At the checkout I had forgotten to click on the express delivery so I contacted Modora and they replied very promptly saying that as a gesture of goodwill they would send the order immediately. They also picked up on a quality control issue with one of the items and then phoned me to ask if I wanted to order something else. We had a look and called them back and within 18 hours everything was delivered! They definitely went above and beyond and we are very happy customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have emailed 3 times and messaged their chat service regarding a return. No response or acknowledgement of items received back which I can see by tracking were received early last week. Now I am out of pocket for items I don't even have. There are so many other website to buy off, I would not recommend this one.

I ordered 2 bags and it was my first time experience buying from this page which turned out great. The quality, the size, the colours, the space in between, it was all really good. The delivery was also very quick.

Don’t buy from here

Fed ex are saying they delivered this item to me, I have cctv on my property which I can provide that no fedex person even enter my property or drive past it between the times frame, they said they delivered it when speaking to the seller he can’t resolve my problem told me to reorder another one which I did and paid for another one, fedex are taking no responsibility saying it was delivered even though I have cctv and said it was delivered to a shared house I live here with my family it’s not a shared property, now the seller will not refund my postage returns money. This seller is useless now, seller won’t reply!!!!
