I was so impressed with all aspects of a recent purchase of Supernova Moissanite earrings from Moi Moi Fine Jewelry for my wife that I had no hesitation in ordering a 2CT Supernova Moissanite 'Melinda' pendant and a 18CT white gold chain for her as well. The jewel needed to be crafted, requiring a wait time. But as before, the service provided by Moi Moi staff throughout the process was second to none. All contact was polite, friendly and helpful. Information on progress was always available and questions via email were most often responded to within the hour. The crafting was completed on the day initially estimated and received the next day via Australia Post. The pendant was very well packed in an oversize box without obvious markings to indicate the contents. Needless to say, my wife was blown away by the sheer brilliance of the round cut stone and the classical 'Melinda' design. She said it was so beautiful that she was worried that I could afford it. I assured her that from my research, Moi Moi has very competitive pricing. Potential customers can rest assured that they are dealing with a professional business selling high quality products.
