Dreadful Company go to a high street dealer stay clear of this uncaring company who will put lots of effort in to sales but service dept truly awful. I had a problem with break which stopped scootet working it was repaired three times twice by just bending the break into position. The third repair was done it only worked once and stopped working on second time used. They flatly refused to look at it again without another£100 call out fee. Not interested in the customer. I had to get a local engineer to fix at a further £150 he told me the part they fitted was for a different model hence the reason it kept failing. It is a solax, awful scooter anything but totally flat surface there is a real danger of being thrown off I get off every time there is a raised area more than half an inch to negotiate. Do onviously no guarantee on their work. Last summer I wanted a service before a three week holiday. You can mot ring and get an appointment but wait until an engineet calls you. I had to keep calling but could not get any response. They actually hung up on me as I was getting angry. I had to take it to a local dealer who reluctantly serviced it. Nobody wants to touch them and all say they struggle to get parts. I spent £2,100 would never buy from travelling salesperson agai

Glen was lovely and friendly and answered all my questions. I have had mobilty scooters before but this time I wanted one which did not come in parts but light enough to get into the boot easily. I bought the automatic version as I have RA which means it is so easy to operate. I purchased a spare battery for longer journeys too. Very impressed with Glen as he set it up, full demostration outside, and information on safety when driving. Whole experience has been great and looking forward to my new scooter and freedom!

Absolutely brilliant service . Don't push you into going into contract with expensive chair . Very friendly and polite would highly recommend.

I purchased my mobility scooter a year ago and got a letter to remind me the annual service was due. Monarch responded promptly and came to my home to do the service. Everything worked very well and my scooter was serviced just outside my home. I'm a happy customer, I'm very grateful for Monarch's help to keep my mobility scooter in good working order. Thank you!

I had a home demo with Phil who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tried out several scooters and bought a Genie Autofold which seemed to suit my needs more than the one I had seen on line. The at home service is great; try before you buy.

Clear communication regarding a change to my order, which was resolved to my great satisfaction. My mobility scooter arrived on time as expected and in great condition.

I have always gone to a well known major nationwide mobility shop for scooters and wheelchairs but after a poor experience in purchasing a new scooter I stumbled across Monarch mobility and their incredible customer service and simply online purchasing experience

We were very impressed by Monarch Mobility.Martin showed us all the light weight mobility scooters and listened to my feed back on each one.I chose the Genie Ultra light because it is comfortable to ride and light enough to swivel round in a tight space.My husband can easily lift it into our car boot and we could take it abroad by ferry,train or plane.You can lift it up and roll it along like a suitcase. Martin built the new one for us and disposed of all the packaging as well as disposing of my old heavy scooter.I am very happy with the service provided.

A bit disappointed that I had to chase delivery up. It was supposed to be today but is now tomorrow. A pity nobody told me this while we have sat in all day waiting.

I made an enquiry and they phoned as soon as they next opened. They answered my questions. I then ordered the item (hoist), which was dispatched and arrived the next day. I received another phone call to check the delivery address. Delivery was excellent too. Also reply to email enquiries quickly too, even when they are slightly random ramblings!

Just need more promoting. Only found them by accident.

Glen has been amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and he took out quite a few mobility scooters from his Mary Poppins van! After trying them all, we eventually made our choice.

We had a very knowledgeable man called Martin who came to us to demonstrate the genie autofold.
We bought it straight away .
Tried it out for the first time this easter weekend and heard a knocking noise. Rang the company today at 9am.Martin arrived at 2pm.
Wow that was quick service.
All sorted. Something on the drive shift needed greasing.

They are really helpful and demonstrate and talk you through the working of your chosen scooter. They don’t rush you and can answer any question.
