Don't be fooled by them. I've been waiting for my order since 13 February. I tried to cancel but a refund was refused. This company is a SCAM, I was fooled by the name, there is nothing Australian about this supposedly company. I have decided to cut my loses because they just tired me. PLEASE DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!

Btw don’t be confused by the word Melbourne in the name - it’s arriving (or in my case NOT arriving) from China.
What I love most is that they keep sending me requests for a review,

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Ordered two dresses, spent $100. 3 months now and no delivery of items. Emails are written by AI and always apologising and saying they have escalated it to the team and freighter co. Have asked for full refund and unfortunately I didn’t use paypal. So I’m guessing I’ve lost my money. Horrible people who do this. Shame on these companies. Hope karma will find you

Disgusting scam company .. ordered bag 6 weeks ago and same generic email .. we are sorry .. over and over .. I have demanded refund but let's see if it happens .. do not buy from them ... arghh first time scammed next time will check reviews

My mother ordered an evening set from my sons up coming wedding ( luckily we had the fore sight for her to purchase something else in case she didn’t like it on ) , she was repeatedly told that it had been shipped and would arrive in time for the wedding but had no tracking number to track it in the end they blocked her email address so she couldn’t contact them .. THIS COMPANY IS IS SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN , They are also very deceptive and make it look like they are based in Australia and that your goods will be shipped from Australia when in fact it’s a Chinese company !! luckily we paid via pay pal and have disputed the transaction .. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND STEER CLEAR OF THESE THIEVES !!

It will take FOREVER for you items to arrive and then they will be the wrong size or completely different to what was described! False and misleading!!!!
Then you will be asked if you would like to keep the items for a 20% refund…..ummmm NO!!!!!

Do not buy from this company!! It is a total scam! I purchased an item on 15 February and never received it. I received 3 emails at different times telling me my item was shipped which was false. They refused to refund me constantly giving me different information each time I enquired about my item. DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Ordered a tshirt over 1 month ago. It wasn't a cheap tshirt and the reviews on google at that time. Didn't seem bad. They did despatch almost immediately but the item is im fact coming from China. They aren't an Australian company. A total shame. The only way to contact them is through email and they don't respond. They're tracking just shows China Australia. No real tracking. This is one company the ACCC needs to keep an eye on. It looks like I've lost my $$. I usually avoid anything from China but their website is extremely misleading. It is just another Temu but more expensive and no delivery or service

I bought two linen dresses which turned out to be polyester and cotton material. The store would not give full refund even though it was falsely claimed to be linen material. The maximum refund I received was 60%

As mentioned in other reviews, this is a scam company. Local name, sent from China and registered in Netherlands.

The dresses were not as photographed, fabric definitely not linen and terrible quality. Design of dress nothing like described. I bought two dresses.
After complaining and said I will return them, they offered me 20% refund. I emailed over 12 times to finally get return details.
Postage to China is at your own cost, for two dresses - over $50 and refund processed when it is received. They further insist you use registered express post and insure it incase it ‘gets lost’
At this point you give up and donate it to a charity bin. Honestly there is not one good word to say about this company. Lesson learned! Oh and took over a month to arrive .

It’s been 5 weeks once I ordered and no products have arrived. When I email they send back generic emails blaming shipping company. This company is fake, do not buy from them.

Do not ever buy from this company. The dress arrived six weeks after the order. The dress received was nothing like the advertised product. Every time I enquired about this they had an excuse. Customer service was disgusting and the dress was deplorable and in the worst condition on arrival.

I ordered 2 tops on December the 10th they still have not arrived. I keep sending emails and all I get back is You’re order is on your way. I have asked several times that I want my money back. They keep saying apologizes for the inconvenience. Do not buy off this company. My order was 100.00 dollars I will not leave this alone until I get my money back.

Order took 3 weeks.. a supposedly sustainable fashion range from Moore Melbourne ,inferior quality,cheaply made ,sizes incorrect.
Small makes, rubbish fabric.
4 items ordered, All comes from China. Return almost impossible unless you want to pay extra $40 .

The clothes are awful! Not like the photos at all and made from cheap, synthetic fabric. The order took two weeks to arrive, suggesting it came from overseas, not Melbourne at all. Overpriced and awful quality, don't use this site!

Don't use this site!!! "Temu crap" prices are set for quality design & fabric, its nothing like the quality of the photo's. Threads hanging of cheap fabric. This is false advertising, SUSTAINABLE FASHION!! outrageous claim. They're steeling money. Dropped the price by $60 straight after my order was confirmed. It took 3 weeks to arrive.
I've reported to the ACCC... waste of my time .

Moore-Melbourne operate from Netherlands and ship from China. You also get caught with international transaction fees on your credit card. I ordered sandals that turned out to be over-priced and of poor quality. Their name is deliberately misleading - I thought it was a local company based in Melbourne.
When I requested to return the inferior goods, I discovered that return was to China! The so-called company do whatever it takes to discourage the refund, eventually offering only a 20% compensation. At this point, I was aware of the scams used by this company (searched review sites) and cut my losses by accepting their minimal offer of a 20% refund. Be warned - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

STEER CLEAR!!! I wish I had read the reviews before paying AU$105 for a dress which I've now seen on Temu for approximately $12 (different pattern but exactly the same design). The fabric feels cheap, the lining is about 18" shorter than the length of the dress. I told them that I wanted to return it and was offered a 20% refund. It looks nothing like the photo. I said I still want to return it, they then offered me a 40% refund. I then asked for the return address and got an address in China and I have to pay for the return postage. They said I should get
insurance when posting it back. God knows how much this is going to cost me!

Do not use this company. Absolute SCAM....you will never see your order

Boycott this fake ass brand!!!! Nothing more then $10 cheap Temu clothes no lining no structure nothing like the photos it’s a total scam!!! And you pay a lot.
Only label was a small generic “s” no brand logo. Nasty scam
