This company is a complete scam. Poor quality, long delivery time, horrible communication & refund process. Would not recommend this site to my worst enemy.
It took 3 months to have my money returned.

I wish I read the reviews before I bought anything from this place. If you are reading this do yourself a favour and don’t bother. Forget the part that it took over a month to receive the product.
The item was $60 or &70 on sale mind you. However it’s nothing like the picture. It’s not fitted. The material is extremely cheap. It doesn’t even have a tag on it. They don’t even fit right. I think ans u could be wrong they take ur order and get some cheap place overseas to make it on the spot. I can’t think of anything else

1. Delivery takes a very long time with little communication.
2. In the end, sent me the wrong colour jacket. Lodged a complaint and no feedback.
Avoid.

A pity zero stars isn't an option - this is a disgraceful scam. A few messages that my order was on its way then nothing. No order, no explanation, no response. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible quality, cheap horrible polyester, cut was awful. Looks like a highschool tech project. Total scam of a company when I get better items from shein. And it was $109 "on sale". TOTAL RIPOFF and SCAM.

Whilst the customer service I received post discovering I wasn’t ever going to receive the jacket I ordered was very pleasant, it didn’t take away from the fact that I wanted the product for an occasion and was really looking forward to it. Why sell something you can’t guarantee delivery of? What a complete waste of time. The refund was made promptly.

These stores are like acne. The more you pick the more they come up. This store is not based in Australia and the products are overpriced and extremely poor quality. If it doesn’t fit, they don’t have it on the website, but you will have to send the item overseas and foot the bill. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Ordered two pairs of shoes and they hadn't arrived a month later. Emailed them asking for an update and they weren't even sent! Replacement pairs were sent, got them two weeks later and only one pair was in the parcel and it was so poorly packed. So another replacement pairs was supposedly sent, checked the tracking a week later and it still hadn't been sent. Customer service is clearly using templates and used the same opening lines about how sorry they were and understood my frustration. Will not buy again and do not recommend

Dont buy from Moore Melbourne!
Items are low quality. Image resolution on their site is purposely low so that you can not see the fabric quality.
Fabric of the dress I ordered was was low with the cut poor.
Tried to return but will cost me alot of money to send back to China.

Absolute rubbish, waited so long for delivery. Shoes were cheap, nothing like the photo. Do not buy from this website

Placed order, received standard order processed emails with tracking number, no actions ever processed against tracking number. No replies to multiple emails. Just a message bank on the phone number, no response to message left. Made to sound like a local shop, then listed in Netherlands, shipping out of China! This shop is a total lie!

Delivery was very slow.(from overseas not Melbourne as advertised) ..the quality of the sandals was extremely poor...cheap plastic.....stay away from this company

They are fraud, as they did not even send my order and it’s saying it’s in transit. Order was placed January and April, still nothing and they saying they are following up, but nothing has been done.

Please don’t waste money on this company. Delivery take forever. The clothes I bought certainly were not worth the money. Quality was very average and I feel I was misled. I thought it was a Melbourne company but it’s cheap rubbish from China. Like Temu.

Would give minus stars if I could. In my opinion and experience, these people are not to be trusted. Placed an order mid January. By mid February still had not arrived. They kept sending apologetic meaningless emails about how the order was on its way. Eventually offered a 20% discount as apology. Still no order received. I asked for full refund. They said they would look into it, but nothing, nothing, nothing. My impression is that they were happy to sacrifice 20% refund for keeping the balance and never intending to send the product. THANKFULLY, I had paid through PayPal, who paid the refund in full.

Quality of the fabric is beyond poor.
Provided a false return address in China, at your own cost.
Lost my purchase funds and postal fund.
Not to be trusted.

It has been months and I still haven’t received my order. Customer service is responsive but never really say anything or provide any real information on when my order will arrive. Starting to feel like I’ve been scammed.

Do not purchase from this business. The items are not as described or displayed on website. They make the returns process so difficult and are leading you to believe they are based in Australia. Terrible quality and service
