Thought I was buying an Australian product from Melbourne.
Poor quality, Poor colour. Doesn't even have a washing instruction tag.
Crap crap crap. $85 rag.

Do NOT buy from these if you want quality i ordered a harrington jacket, I am discussed at the crap quality, also I am a size Large not very big men in China I hear, and of course the usual when you go to post it back it's the price of the item so not worth it and they know it DO NOT BUY get from a reputable company

I wanted to buy a jumper advertised on their Google website. The order appeared to go through alright but I couldn’t get my bank card accepted. Then my bank stepped in and suspected that the transaction was fraudulent and shutdown my card . I have no idea why this happened. My bank has restored the card .

The hoodie I received was of poor quality, didn't look anything like the photo of the item on the website and was expensive for what I received. The company name is misleading as I thought it was a company based in Melbourne, not China. NEVER AGAIN!

Thought I was ordering a belted wool blend long line cardigan from a “boutique in actual Melbourne” but as soon as I realised it was coming from China I knew I was going to get rorted. The product arrived 4 weeks later and was 95% nylon and 5% spandex, no wool or belt in sight. I’ll do my homework in future 🤦‍♀️

Worst company ever. Ordered an 8xl, received something that didn't even fit an 8 year old. They wanted me to return it to Shanghai China at my expense and give me a 30% refund. NEVER buy from this company.

I ordered a leather bag that arrived eventually but was completely unsuitable as a bag, the opening did not allow you to really put anything in other than your hand despite the size of the bag. Completely poorly designed and useless . Women Sculpted Genuine Leather Bag | Ameline, The bonus of course was that when I wanted to return it, suddenly Moore Melbourne was located in China for the return.

This company is nothing short of a scam. I bought shoes that were a synthetic copy of what was shown in pictures . They should call themselves Temu of Melbourne. Be warned.

I wish I would have read other reviews before placing a $300 order. I have waited a month and it still has not been dispatched. I have requested order to be cancelled and to be refunded and seller refuses to refund money.

This is a scam and theft.

A disgrace. How I wish I had read reviews before placing my order. Like others, I thought that I was ordering from Melbourne. I paid nearly $300 for what looked like good quality, a short sleeved summer top and two summer dresses which when finally arrived, were three, what looked like sweatshop items, polyester, cheap, flimsy and nothing like the ‘quality’ look of the photos. Rather than go through the added expense of returning the items for a 20% refund I will take to a charity bin. I will also report the company to the consumer watchdog. I advise others to do likewise.

This place is a con, don't buy from them. Ive been waiting weeks for a jumper and they keep sending emails saying its on the way but never arrives. Very dodgy.

I purchased a red cashmere sweater in good faith and as it was from a company in Melbourne Australia was pleased to buy Australian made. Boy was I taken for a ride. It took over 4 weeks to arrive and have the following complaints:
1. NOT CASHMERE, NOT EVEN WOOL
2. NO LABELS ANYWHERE ON THE SWEATER TO SAY WHO MADE IT AND IN WHAT COUNTRY. NO WASHING INSTRUCTIONS EITHER
3. SCRATCHY ON THE SKIN, EVEN THROUGH A COTTON SHIRT.
4. DOES NOT RETAIN IT’S ORIGINAL SHAPE

Warning, scam/untrustworthy company, do not buy from here!

Just wasted $170 on this company. Bought two items. 1.5 weeks after order, had to contact company as did not get any shipping notification, they replied to say they had forgotten. Another 1.5 weeks later only one item arrived, which shipped from China and did not look like description on their website. No sign of the second item yet, have contacted Moore but no reply. Their website is Moore Melbourne, the company is listed in the Netherlands, but they ship from China. They also have another website Jasmine’s closet and I’ve since found other scam warnings about this company. So save your money, don’t get scammed by this company!!

I ordered a blouse. I checked sizing before I submitted order. Sleeves far too long, bodice can't be buttoned up. Seems to me that wrong size has been sewn on to the sleeves. Requested a refund. Read refund policies before I requested a refund. Did and submitted everything they said. They came back with a ridiculous offer, I replied again stating I wanted a refund, they sent another offer, I told them I wanted a full refund. No response, totally ignoring me. NEVER deal with this company again. A total waste of time and money!

Never arrived. Insisted I allows shop access to my google account in order to track shipping which never went anywhere. Complete scam...looking for personal details to steal identity and take money for nothing at same time! Never use them. Its nothing to do with melbourne either. They are based in China!!!!

SCAM!!! The company states it is from Australia or the Netherlands. Not so for starters. Package arrived from China. Bought a Sherpa lined hoodie weeks ago as a gift, as I had been looking for one just like the advertised item. It only just arrived. Looks NOTHING like the photo on the website. Product is the most ugly, cheap, orangey different colour (instead of the ordered cream/beige), very VERY poor quality. Absolute joke for $80. I am so disappointed.

Attempted to purchase a raincoat for a cosplay and when I attempted to buy, it said my card details were incorrect so I input them again, and said the same thing, I checked my account as I knew I had more than enough in there and noticed that it has deducted the purchase amount TWICE!! Now I have to wait until they’re pending to be able to dispute them - didn’t even confirm the order or anything! I don’t know how Shop are working with this company seeing as it’s a complete SCAM!! Do not attempt to buy from here! It’ll take your money and not even confirm the order first!

I paid $80 for a jacket and it took 5 weeks to arrive from the Netherlands where the company is based. NOTin Australia like it claimed to be. I asked for a refund before the item was sent and they ignored my request and sent the item. It arrived 3 weeks later and its Absolute junk. Nothing like in the description. It's worth about $2 at best. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!

DONT BUY!!!! What a scam. Says it’s from Australia. It’s coming from china!! I just followed up yet again after 6 weeks of nothing and no shipping updates! Finally lodged a complaint with the shop app and they replied saying oh yes it’s sent. I checked tracking again and says it’s still in china! After 6 weeks. So clearly what they do is wait and hope people forget about their orders. A lot do I’m sure. Then if you become annoying about it they send some shonky quality stuff your way. $300 and I’ll be claiming it back from PayPal if they don’t refund me. Disgraceful !!! Should be banned from selling
