Total scam. They do not send the product. They are not in Australia.

I ordered a Men Classic Zip-Up Harrington Jacket. Communication was initially great but after four weeks the item had still not been received. I emailed them and to their credit they responded within 30 minutes (hence the two-star rating). The item was received about a week later but it was too small and very cheaply made (polyester or nylon). It looked much better in the pictures. I will probably give it to the Salvos.

As everyone has stated, no item arrived after 6 weeks. So when chased up , Ching replies with “shipping company having issues with your address”- what bollocks -
Promised 20% refund too- also bollocks.
Have requested refund through PayPal and given Ching some food for thought when replying to “your address was s wrong “ email
Also Moore Melbourne with an email address that has Munster in it - really.
Lesson learned too late- read reviews first.
As an update PayPal found in my favour. Full refund was given.

Trust the reviews. Scammers. Shopify need to shut them down. Ordered a dress a month ago thinking they’re being sent within Melbourne. They’re not. Company is registered in Netherlands, tracking label from China. No tracking movement a month later. Nothing arrived. Need to be investigated for money laundering and fraud asap. Someone shut these people down asap. Getting rich off the backs of hardworking Australians. Karma is real. Sending them theirs now 🖤

It’s a scam! I have been waiting for my product for over a month!
Do not trust this website! My money has gone, but I am alerting everyone out there to be careful!

This company is pretending to be based n Australia
They are not
They are based in China
Do not buy from them
Items take weeks to arrive
They are poor quality
They make it difficult for you to return so that you give up and they keep your money

So with the obvious and devious advertising that they are Moore of Melbourne when obviously they are a China operation why don’t we as consumers report them to “Fair Trading “.
Come on let’s do it and save other consumers going through what we here as purchasers of their goods are going through!!!

I have waited over 7 weeks for one top! I am from Melbourne and was misled to believe this was a Melbourne business. The garment is clearly coming from China and i have received the same bot message twice offering a 20% refund and a response in 2 days to tell me where my order is. No refund and no top. Im wondering how to now officially complain as its a scam and will be doing it through my bank now. Never order from this business. I still dont have my order.

Chinese products. Doesn't even operate in Australia. Tracking systems don't even work, customer service is BS. SCAM – avoid this at all costs!

If I could rate -5 stars I would. This company is a complete scam and their products do not exist from my experience. I purchased a vest on the 16/06/25 and the package is still in processing stages. DO NOT be fooled, they are not located in Melbourne, Australia. They will not process a refund for my purchase but have offered a 20% refund which they have not followed up on.

I ordered a simple white shirt and after weeks waiting when finally received feels like a shower curtain and is virtually see through. Just awful. Sizing is completely wrong. Shame I didn't find this site prior to purchase. Just wasting my time in trying to return after reading other reviews.

I ordered 5 door mats expecting they'd be coming from Melbourne, why wouldn't they? Didn't hear anything for almost 3 weeks, and finally got an email saying they'd be delivered that week...still nothing, so looked at the tracking and they're still in China, didn't event move for 2 weeks after the initial order was sent through!!! Seriously? Don't deal with them as they're just some sort of offshore Drop Ship scam, not actually a real store - check out their fake contact information on their website!

I ordered and paid for my jumper 18th June and only just received 5 weeks later. The jumper looked nothing like the picture. Soooo disappointed!!!

I purchased the jacket on 26th June and after several complaints about it not arriving, it finally turned up on 22nd July. I can't believe it would take nearly a month to come from Melbourne to Perth. The jacket looks nothing like the picture on the website. I'll never buy from them again.

It’s been 6 weeks and my order is still coming. But after reading these reviews I’m not holding out much hope of A. Either receiving it or B. If I do it will be worth while. Tried contacting the company, but as yet they have not responded. People need to avoid this website like the plague. It should be taken down as it’s fraudulent and just plain theft. Using the word “Melbourne” to sucker people in.

We ordered two Tiffany glass bedside table lamps with a metal base We paid $234 for the lamps in June 2025 and despite having an order number and tracking number and being advised on 20th July that our lamps had been delivered. No delivery was received

Purchased an oversized Button up shirt was completely different to what I ordered. Paid $50 and it’s not even worth to return the item as you have to pay $26 dollars for postage. Poor advertisement. Not happy very disappointed

I was so disappointed. Thought I was buying from an Australian company in Melbourne not some dodgy Chinese place! The coat I bought was absolutely nothing like advertised! Quality was horrid, didn’t for properly and colour wasn’t what I ordered! Waited a month for the actual product to arrive- unable to track with numerous emails to the company! Then …. Started the process for a refund - just absolutely a joke - wanted photos , videos which you could upload. In the end I gave up have a coat that I will donate to charity and list my money. Will never buy from them again.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I spent $215 on ‘leather’ boots I thought were from a store in Melbourne. They were drop shipped from China and were made from the most thin and cheap plastic, worth maybe $30. I wanted a full refund and they offered me 50% off. Still not worth $100. I paid $40 to return them so an expensive lesson. Will have to wait until they receive the parcel before I get a refund. Would give them 0 stars if I could.
