My handbag did take around 5 weeks to arrive however the product was as advertised. After reading others reviews I was concerned about if I would even recieve my package. Happy with my purchase.

I have reported them to Scamwatch. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. My experience mirrors the other reviews. Product did not arrive. Emails from them said they would ‘check with the team’ but there was no progress of my order. Requested a refund but nothing has been heard from them since and no refund arrived. Very disappointing.

Ordered 4 items. I was emailled by the website about one being unavailable and was refunded by the company. The other 3 took 5 weeks to arrive. Quality was pretty poor though not totally unwearable. Just extremely overpriced. The kind of cheap stuff sold on fast fashion websites for low prices, except Moore Melbourne charged me about 5x as much. The jumper I bought wasn’t too bad. I lodged a PayPal dispute and contacted the various emails for the website that I could find including the customer service rep who said my shirt was unavailable- no response from any of the three different emails linked to the site. I believe this is a drop shipping site selling cheap junk clothes based possibly in the Netherlands - but using the name Melbourne due to its association with chic fashion culture to lure in customers.

Beware of this fraudulent company! I was fooled by the company name and trusted them because they use PayPal. Not only did they keep my money, but I also spent $40 sending the fraudulent product back to them! PayPal refused my claim as it was past 30 days from delivery. This is because they said they would refund me after they received the item. I communicated with them several times and was assured they would refund me. I raised a claim when it became clear I was not going to be refunded but by then it was too late. I am beyond annoyed!

I never received the dress I paid for it. And the reason is , as they say, it is not the correct address. Of course I wrote that correctly my address , how can you write your address wrong?!

Ordered 2 hoodies from them on july 14,25. It’s august 16 2025 as of writing this comment. Still hasnt arrived. Kept on promising an update , never did give one. What a joke of a company. These are scammers. never buy from them!

This company is completely misleading — posing as a high-end Melbourne fashion store. My order took over a month to arrive, and the items looked nothing like the images on their website. WARNING: Avoid at all costs! I just wasted $80 on a rag!!

I ordered some shoes. They are so cheaply made it is bordering on fraudulent. Do. Not. Buy. I sent them an e-mail asking to return the shoes for a refund and have had to reiterate three times that I do not want to exchange, I want a refund. Still I persist. I will be reporting them to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago and have received absolutely nothing. There are no proper contact details to reach them – no phone number, no clear address. The only response I got was an email from someone calling themselves “Ching,” saying there’s a shipping delay.
If you’re considering buying from them, don’t do it. Save your money and avoid the headache.

Im the person who actually got a refund PRIOR to my item being shipped, due to my colour being unavailable. Well today I received an email saying my item had been delivered and 'hope you enjoy it'. Note it HASN'T been delivered and I never expected it too, after I received a refund weeks ago. All so random. Definite scam. I wish Australia had tougher laws on scammers... seems us consumers are all just thrown to the wind and 'expected' to 'know' when something is fraudulent or not. Not good enough IMHO.

Firstly, their name is misleading - this ‘company’ is not in Melbourne. I accept that was my fault for not doing my research. However, I am incredibly disappointed that my order has not arrived - it has been 3 weeks.
I contacted MOORE who said they has shipped my items and it was a courier issue. They have given no updates. They have refused to offer a refund based on this claim.
I am resigned to the fact that I have probably been scammed.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Should have looked for some online reviews before trusting these hoofwanking twatwaffles.
I thought I was dealing with a local (Australian) firm.
Wrong - it’s a dark storefront for a Chinese drop shipping business.
The Harrington did arrive a week late, it took ,longer than when I ordered my first one from a UK based company .
I followed their size guide and ordered an XL , what arrived was barely a European Medium.
The weight was about half that of my English sourced jacket .
The flannel lining looks just wrong , colour, and texture is off , the shell is stiff and shiny , overall the look is just cheap and tacky. It does have a two way zip but this is a superfluous feature on a short jacket .
Was offered a size exchange for a fee by Ching and then a 20% refund . Which indicates how cheap the item must be .
So in summary , don’t waste your money buying from here.

Honestly, I am so disappointed that my order still has not arrived after 3wks for an event this weekend.
Have tried to contact MOORE and they have given no updates on tracking. I am so upset that they have taken my money and not delivered!

I ordered leather boots. Tracking information was not provided for 3 weeks then it wasn’t accurate and wasn’t updated. It took a month to receive the order. They offered 10% discount because of the delayed delivery. When the discount arrived it was 10% off the next order! Not in this life! When they arrived they were vinyl. Seriously, vinyl! On their website it says leather. Also, the boots arrived in an old crushed plastic bag. No labels, no tags , no box. Yes you read it no box. Just in a normal plastic bag, no not even a shopping bag, just a plain old plastic bag inside a plastic shipper bag. No protection for the boots!! I am so angry, now waiting for return authority! And the boots have to go back to China!
I would not buy from this mob again! They took my money as soon as I placed the order and as I said delivery was a month oh and by the way their website mentions reputable international couriers guess what! Some dodgy Chinese courier! Be warned don’t buy from them.

Purchased something from Moore Melbourne over five weeks ago. I live in South Australia it’s still has not arrived. I’ve contacted them multiple times and considering it is in the middle of winter and is a winter product and it is sold in Australia I expected to get to a little bit sooner than five weeks and still waiting. Why advertise a winter product if you do not have it for sale? Why should I have to wait for a winter product to be sent from Overseas when you’re advertising a winter product in your store for winter I mean what happens when someone physically goes to the store do you tell them they have to wait 3 to 5 weeks for their product.

Moving on from my previous review of Moore Melbourne.I reported them to Fair Trading. The answer I got was to have my bank get a return from them ( I had already done that) The point I want to make is why doesn’t Fair Trading investigate Moore Melbourne to protect the Australian public from these scammers? I have asked them to do so.Lets report all these scammers to Fair Trading and get them to investigate and where necessary close them down!!!!

They are not in Melbourne. Another one of many Temu, scam company in china who sells cheap to steal your details. My order arrived a month later that got dumped in the bin. Plastic junk. I could not believe I fell for it.

Very disappointing over a month to receive the quilty is absolutely disappointing not worth even $5. Not even an Australian company. Very slack
