Order has not arrived after 30 days and constant follow up. No tracking information provided despite being told item has shipped. Customer service keeps stating they are trying to contact courier which can take up to 7 business days. Its been 3 weeks of waiting for them to get information from courier. Do not buy from this site.

Ordered jumper 14/8/25 , showing still in china , but being told it’s on its way , this morning I have just asked for a refund , still waiting for a reply , why are this company allowed to take peoples money and not. Deliver the goods
Update 11/10/25 received refund after going to my credit card company for help

Everything others have reported.
Item did not arrive in a timely manner.
Repeated excuses and promises to follow up.
Finally arrived a suspicious 2 days after reporting it.
Product not at all like photo, description or sizing measurements.
Immediately requested a return and refund.
Now receiving daily 'offers', first was 20% refund, now 35% ...
Will wait for next offer but they need to be shut down!

Contacted company and someone called Ching has sent multiple condescending responses. The last one claiming the clothing had yet to be made and would take several weeks!

In the meantime they are ‘closing down’ appears they are running 2 steps ahead of law enforcement.

Still waiting for tracking to indicate that my item has actually moved more than 3 weeks after an order was placed! DO NOT ORDER from this supplier!
Promised that it would be shipped in 4-7 days! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!

I wish I had read the reviews! This company is totally misleading in that its name suggests it’s Australian - it is not. I placed an order in July for a function in August - that date has come and gone. I wrote an email to find out where my order was - a month later I got a tracking number from China. It’s apparently in transit - we will see. Don’t waste your money!

Wow, what amazing customer service. I placed my order back in mid-July, and guess what? Nothing showed up. Not a word, not an update, just silence. Then, magically, when I finally checked in mid-August (you know, only a month later), the order suddenly “shipped.” What a coincidence! Almost like they completely forgot my order and only bothered to send it once I asked for a refund. And now, after all that, they’re refusing to give me my refund back. Really impressive. So tell me, what else can I do besides leave this glowing review?

AVOID! Scam! Ordered an item which never arrived. Was told the reason for the delay was my address was wrong- it was correct on the purchase invoice email! Constant excuses! Eventually delisted the issue with my bank somehow managed to get my funds back!!!!!

Cardigans took weeks to arrive. When they did they are less than Temu quality. Very small. Got the run around so badly I sent them back to CHINA at a cost of $58 to recoup $179. Kept getting the run around so long that now PayPal won’t refund me because it’s been over 30 days. Terrible experience all round. I’m livid.

Bought a small lamp. Delivery took over a month and came after we contacted them a number of times. The lamp did not work and caused an electrical short circuit. Have been able to get a refund thanks to PayPal.

Do not order from this company. I ordered from them over 4 weeks ago and the items have not been dispatched from China yet. I have sent e-mails requesting a refund or an update on my order. No reply. Save your money. Do not place an order with them.

If I could award 0 star rating I would. Everything else that every other review says about this company is true. Three months after placing my order, I have still only received one of the 3 items ordered and it is of such poor quality, I will take it straight to the Op Shop as a donation. I am not expecting to receive the other items. I had several email engagements with someone called Ching in customer support, but who has now stopped replying to my emails. Ordered a product 24th June 2025 never arrived biggest assholes ever keep making excuses when contacted,all the people thinking about buying from them don't save your money.

I ordered a bag that never arrived. Once I complained about the missing item, mysteriously the tracking information updated to status "delivered", with a time stamp prior to my complain email.
I disputed the transaction with my bank and they insisted that my card needs to be re-issued.
It appears that this website is scam and not a real business

I ordered a lovely looking dark brown sweatshirt coming up a month ago. I have not received the item and the tracking number has expired. I emailed customer service and they replied asking me to allow 3days for them to investigate and it's well past 3 days and not heard anything more.
Save your personal information and money by not buying anything from this company. Very disappointed.

Dreadful experience. Ordered 13th July, parcel never arrived. Chased uo and mysteriously parcel had just left CHINA. It eventually arrived- only 2 of the 4 items ordered. Cardigan just about acceptable, bedside lamp the worst piece of cheap plastic tat I have ever seen, nothing like the picture, poor quality, and less light than a candle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is a disgusting company. They call them moore melbourne. So you think it's from Australia. When its from China. On my pay pal receipt. They called them selves munsters commerce. I bought an item took 3 weeks to arrive. Cover is not high enough to cover recliner like they said. I contacted pay pal. Wish we luck

SCAM!!! Ordered over 3 weeks ago and have had no update. Nothing has been shipped and when I contacted for a refund I just get told they will “check with their team”. Disappointing
