Don’t buy any thing from them

This is a very dodgy business. I will be reporting it to Fair Trade.
I ordered a blouse … tracking only goes so far and nothing more.
I have kept a running commentary and will be taking action.
Cheats are destroying our world and stealing peoples money.
This must be stopped.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
They are not from Melbourne or Australia
They say 1-3 days "Processing Time" & 4-6 business days "Shipping Times"
5th July 2025 = Date I ordered
13th August 2025 = Date of delivery by "Yun Express" AKA Young Asian guy in a beat up car???
Only 1 of 2 items I ordered was delivered... as at today the other item has still not arrived & my request for a refund is being ignored. This company (I use that word loosely) is a scam, don't give them your business or your credit card info.. they should be shut down immediately.. Oh.. forgot to add, women's clothing that I ordered was absolute rubbish, nothing like the advertised product, very cheap & nasty! Arrived in a plastic bag that was all torn up, who knows where it's been, I put the item straight in the bin!

Do not trust Moore Melbourne.

Order never arrived. Spent over $100

I'm having very bad experience with them and the customer service doesn't have any contact. When I received the shirt order for my husband, I sent an email straight away asking the return procedure. I returned it to China from my own expenses and lost money for everything.

Promises and asked to be patient. Repeat 3x.

I ordered a jacket on 16th August. As od 23rd September, there is no update on shipping. The tracking number that I have received only shows that the courier company in China has received the information. No update on whether the package has been picked up or when will it be picked up. After multiple mails to customer care, I still do not have ant information. The bottom line is, we will deliver when we can and if it does not suit you, take a walk. You can not cancel.

I would give them zero stars. They use a name which suggests they are based in Melbourne. They are not. They are based in the Netherlands and they sell cheap knock-offs out of China. I asked to cancel my order the day following my purchase and got knocked back. Nine days after my order, the jacket was still waiting to be collected. It was probably still being made. Thankfully, I received a full refund from Paypal. Avoid these crooks.

Ordered a jacket for a wedding 2 August. Now 20th September. Wedding done, no jacket. Have emailed many times, they say they will track each time, but they don’t. I want refund. Now! Do not order anything through them! Not a Melbourne company even though they say they are!!!!!

This company needs to be shut down! zero feedback! Warning to others: Do not order from this company! The products they advertise on their website do not match what you will receive. It will take more than three months to get your items!

If I could rate Zero I would. I placed an order 1.5 months ago. Still hasn’t shown up. And I have now discovered that the order has not only been sent to the wrong address, but to a completely wrong country! Moore Melbourne are refusing to refund me my money, simply saying that they cannot do anything until they have spoken to the courier company. I have a screen shot of proof of delivery, but apparently that isn’t sufficient and I am “to be patient”.
Don’t waste your time or your money people. They are scam artists.

MOORE MELBOURNE IS A SCAM WEBSITE!!! Do not buy from it! I ordered a “genuine” leather bracelet and got stung $50 for it. It took forever to get delivered. It was shipped from China. The quality was trash. I reverse google image searched it and found its $2.41 from Aliexpress. There is nowhere on the site to leave a review. The company isn’t even an Australian company. It’s registered in the Netherlands.

It took one month to arrive, really bad quality and it is different from the one in the photo.

Terrible- Do not buy anything from this website. I ordered Stained Glass Book Stack Table Lamp thought it would be shipped from Melbourne, it’s not. I made an order on 10/07/2025 and have been trying to contact customer service which nothing much they can do. I already gave up until I got the item today (it’s been like 2 months) and when I opened the parcel. It looks totally different from what it was on the website. Very poor quality and not in the same colour as it’s shown.

Worst experience ever. Bought 2 items. 1 took 8 weeks to arrive and was the worst quality I have ever seen. I tried to return it but was told it would be too complicated. I am still waiting for the second item- a dress. I ordered it almost 12 weeks ago and no sign of it. I have emailed customer help so many times and every time I get told they cannot give me a refund until the dress arrives?? They do not seem to think 12 weeks is a long time to wait for an order. Worst business, worst quality and worst customer service.
