As with other reviews - this company is a scam. They are not an Australian company. I never received my item and had to lodge a claim for refund via PayPal.

Complete scam. Order never arrived, no tracking information, refused to give a refund. Avoid.

I ordered a product on the 23rd August and i am still waiting. Contacted them numerous times and it's just excuse after excuse I asked for a refund and still no further on. Avoid I will have to claim it through my bank as a scam !!!

This is definitely a scam. They appear professional on the website and attempt to defer complaints with regular communication. Apologies, reassurances but these are all rote emails and nothing happens. I have waited a month and had no tracking number. Then an email saying we hope you liked your purchase. However there has never been a delivery or a tracking number. Response is we are looking into it. I have demanded a refunded and same response. Willl i have get back the money i can’t afford to lose? Don’t go near them.

I ordered from this company 2 months ago. I never received any clothes and kept being told to wait another week or two for more information. I reported to my Barclays bank and got my money back. I recommend you all report to your banks. Remember to point out that they do not reveal anywhere on their website that they are in China plus they are in violation of the Consumer Rights Act if they do not offer any feasible way to return your items. The more strikes this company gets the easier it will be to take them down.

What a scam this website is , no product received for two months and no action taken in refunding. Keep away

This company is a scam just like all the previous reviews have mentioned. Ching seems to be the only person working for this so-called company and their location is dubious. I ordered an item in August and here I am in October still waiting despite many emails and empty promises from Ching. They fob you off with issues with the importer and tell you that you have to wait several days each time you complain. Hoping that current tracking methods will be used to locate this individual and close them down and arrest them for theft.

Why did i not look on Trust Pilot first?? Same as others on here, ordered back on 5th September and still no delivery received. Have asked for a refund, but obviously that is not coming either. Total scam, AVOID at all costs!

Complete scam - not Melbourne based, ordered, paid & item has never left China.

Ordered shoes 11 September. The “tracking number” showed them “in transit” on 15 September. Several emails have had “we’re looking into it” responses. Still nothing.

I placed my order on August 6, but after two months, the item is still in the origin country, and they haven’t given me any proper response

This company is a total scam. I only purchased from them because I believed they were based in Melbourne - but they are based in China. You buy the item, they set up a tracking number, but they never send the item. Poof! your money is gone. The annoying 'Ching' sends the same emails over and over - that your package is in transit whilst it has not ever been sent, and that they cannot give a refund. I have gone for a chargeback with my bank. I am hoping the Commerce Commission will shut these scammers down.

This company claimed to be selling a discounted item, and the order went in fine, a few days later seeming to have shipped. I got suspicious when they sent me a "your item will soon be shipped" message several days after saying it had been. Thus began a runaround of what seems to be automated email replies and fake shipping notifications for something that 1 month on has not been sent. Luckily I got suspicious at that weird whipping notice and managed to do a chargeback with the bank, giving evidence of this companies terrible ratings on trustpilot and product review. They are incorporated in the netherlands and selling "temu trash" fake product at inflated prices, not the bargains they are trying to appear to be. Do not deal with this company, they are liers in every communication.

I ORDERED A DUFFLE COAT AND PAID FOR IT.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY DELIVETRY.

Like everyone else I ordered on 31/08/2025 and I am yet to receive my items! I sent numerous emails and got nothing as a replay, just an apology from “Ching”, and a total cold shoulder after that.
This company needs to be stopped!

Ordered boots from Moore Melbourne in August. No boots no refund it is a scam company. Dont not waste your money

Clothing I brought from them, was sent from china and clothing was very poorly made and looked nothing like website photo
you can buy the same clothing from temu at 90 percent cheaper
Moore Melbourne has no address and no phone number ??

My grandson found a tracksuit he liked for his birthday. I ordered it 3 weeks prior hoping to receive in time for the 18th September. The tracking number is received on receipt of payment and unfortunately that's where it stops. No updates and no way to contact the transport company yourself. The tracking number is false.
I have sent many emails requesting a refund. All I received was an automated email response each time.

Eventually The person 'Ching' advises that a refund is only provided when you send the goods back. So you can imagine my frustration and anger with that response. To this date I do not have my order and no further communication from Ching.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase from this business, save your money, time and sanity.

This “company” is a one person operation based in China (who goes by the name Ching), pretending to be a large company in Australia.

As all the other reviews have mentioned, this is a blatant scam.

What to expect:
1. You make an order and process your payment.
2. You’ll receive tracking information that will just say words to the effect of ‘tracking information sent to courier’
3. That’s as far as it will go- you then wait weeks for an update, chase multiple times, with the same response (‘order has been processed, please allow X no. of business working days for an update’).
4. This will keep going on until you eventually give up.

AVOID! I really wish I saw all this first.
