Scam, never received the item i ordered.

SCAM - AVOID
I reiterate the message that this is a scam. I have reported the organisation to Consumer Affairs Victoria - please follow suit s that more people don't fall victim to this organisation. I am 6 weeks on, no products, no reimbursement, no contact for 10 days.

Ordered a couple of months ago, never received.

Sent follow up emails and all I got were empty promises.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Absolute crooks. Take your money, and give you nothing in return. With these consistent one star reviews, all unanimous in the 'customer' experience, how has this not been shut down yet by relevant authorities?

I purchased 2 bras $80 after no tracking number, I contacted them ching responded don’t worry blah blah, then I searched this company saw all the horrific reviews, contacted my bank lodged a fraud case, told Ching I had proceeded with a fraud case with my bank, after several emails back and forth, I did get a refund. Before purchasing from anyone now I will always search reviews.

What a joke. Please stay away from this "company"
Ordered clothing which took 6 weeks to arrive after multiple email requests and complaints. Clothing arrived in poor quality, in child sizing meant to be mens. After threatening to to take to consumer affairs on multiple emails was offered 50% refund which of course never happened. Beware of Mr Ching and this bogus enterprise.

Not received my order, cancelled it and no response. I usually check first but didn’t this time as it had PayPal which I used thankfully and hope to get a refund. I am surprised PayPal has “legitimised” their service by not withdrawing their service after all the scam reporting. If it didn’t have PayPal I wouldn’t have ordered without checking. Lesson learned! Since they are ignoring my request to cancel and refund I will have to go through PayPal to get my money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I placed an order and never received it. I contacted them 5 times, but no refund was ever made to me having waited for 2 months with no order actually arriving! They are THIEVES!!!!!

Scam website. I paid $450 for lights that never arrived. Eventually filed a refund request with my credit card provider who refunded me.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
Initially the company sent emails informing me of progress of tracking and apologising for delays.
After a couple of months the emails stopped and there was no response to my emails. The top I ordered never arrived!!!

I ordered my dress 2 months ago. They will not give my money back even though I still do not have my dress. Poor communication and fake reviews

Did not read the reviews first - my mistake!
Ordered in beginning of September, still not arrived.
Emailed the customer service from their website -
now in some strange back and forth e-mail exchange trying to get a delivery date. Complete waste of time.

Same as everyone else it seems, this is an absolute scam and I hope other people read these reviews before ordering. You won’t receive your items, and you won’t receive a refund.

Ordered Jeans early August - now mid October. Not delivered, not communicating.

Have requested charge back from our Bank.

Honestly if I could give this company one star I would np ifea how this company can continue to see clothing online . 100% fake you purchase clothing and recieve nothing communication is extremely poor i wouldn't recommend using this company at all
​It has now been several weeks without clear communication. Taking my money and repeatedly offering only excuses instead of a solution is unacceptable. It confirms my belief that this site is not legitimate and does not have the goods.

Ordered products on 14th of July- now 14th of October and never received.
Have contacted store directly and promised a response within 48 hours- that was 11 days ago. Have followed up with ko response.
This site is a scam.

Absolutely DO NOT ORDER from Moore-Melbourne. It's been 4 months and I still have not received items spent over $500 and received bits and pieces from China. Dresses looked nothing like the pictures. Total Scam!!!

This is an absolute SCAM. Ordered a dress almost 2 months ago and still have not received. Looked into it and apparently this has happened to many people and they never issue refunds. It’s daylight robbery and should get shut down. No social media presence and the site was only put up in 2024.
