Ordered a very expensive carpet and was not disappointed! It was £20 sq metre cheaper from here than at other carpet places and the staff were super helpful with info when you call them for anything! It was also delivered with care. The carpet is 5* and I’ll definitely be back for the next room I’m doing soon! If your think of buying from this company definitely go for it… you won’t be disappointed! 👍

I ordered carpeting for my whole house from Morgan & Quinn. Despite the delivery from England to Scotland I still saved over £600 compared to purchasing locally.
I spoke to Mel at M & Q’s online department a few times on the telephone and must say she was excellent to deal with, extremely helpful, efficient and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this company both for purchasing and for excellent customer service.

Morgan and Quinn answer their phone when you first enquire and provide clear and useful information. The online ordering process is straightforward. When phoning again to check order is being processed, they are clear and helpful. My delivery was on time, the carpet well wrapped and protected, the delivery driver properly equipped with a specialised trolly for delivering heavy carpet rolls over gravel and uneven ground. The carpet was just as hoped, high quality and good price. An excellent service from start to finish!

Ordered £2700 of Abingdon 80/20 jasmine white carpet cut into several pieces to fit entire house, after fitting of carpet on landing we noticed a issue, we called the carpet fitter to return to help, he lifted carpet to find it had delaminated in two areas leaving a rippled effect and a dark patch, I took pictures to send to Mel ,
They forwarded the pictures to the manufacturer, who seems to take an extremely long time to reply after several weeks of emails and reminding them of my statutory rights and there obligations under consumer act 2015 they agreed to replace faulty carpet, on return of faulty carpet they wood release funds £90 for refitting ,my complaint was issued on the 5/1/26 and we have received the replacement carpet on 16/2/26 , I’ve now emailed twice in regards to fitting related cost ,with no response
I think the company offers great prices, but if issues arise then you may be in for the long haul
To resolve , I realise that while the fault remains with the manufacturer, Morgan and Quinn is the retailer and it’s their responsibility to ensure that the customer comes first.
Will update review when I receive refund for fitting

The product we selected was exceptional value, and after ordering the delivery was prompt an on time.

Morgan and Quinn were able to source the carpet I wanted where others struggled and it arrived when they said it would. I would definitely use them again!

I visited the Goole showroom to purchase carpets for my whole house. Nick was great from start to finish. He had great knowledge of which type of carpet would suit my property and was able to show me lots of samples for me to make a choice easily. The whole team were very friendly and made me feel welcome in the shop.
I have also dealt with Mel on the sales line before and she is wonderful with lots of knowledge.

I contacted before ordering to confirm delivery timeframes due to renovations we needed the flooring fitted before kitchen delivery, contact was quick and delivery was in the timescales expected, flooring price was competitive

We ordered two separate carpet orders for Tomkinson Twist Carpet. On both occasions Morganandquinn came up the cheapest when I searched online and were even cheaper than our carpet fitter could source the carpet. For both deliveries we were given a specific date and then a tracking link to ensure we knew what time to expect it. I would highly recommend.
