Fantastic service from Morgan & Quinn. I had a live chat with a very helpful advisor (Julie) who advised on stock levels and when delivery would next be taking place in my area. The order process was very simple and delivery took place as planned with regular updates from the courier.

Very good at communication. I called regarding sizes, delivery and cost. I was a bit worried ordering over the internet as I had seen the caroet at a much higher price locally. Very professional on the phone and I was reassured it was the same carpet just a much better price. I placed the order and the delivery date was quickly sent to me. It took 4 days from placing the order till it was in my home. Carpet is now been put down and I'm delighted with it and the quality. I would highly recommend this company and will defo be using them again for my next room renovation

Couriers service showed tracking by the mile and minute which was brilliant as I was at work and able to be at home with least impact . Would definitely recommend . Great value and service

Great service. Wonderful to be able to speak to a Mel who was very helpful even when we needed to change our delivery date. Very pleased with the carpets, will be ordering more from them soon.

Our chosen carpet (Lewis Abbot Rural Charm) was coming up expensive everywhere else but M&Q had it at a great price so we went with them. Ordering online isn't always easy to organise a fitter but Mel at M&Q was understanding and helped us to rearrange our delivery to suit so that we weren't sat with a massive roll of carpet tripping everyone up! :) I will definitely use them again. Cost effective, great customer service and we LOVE the carpet!!!
