Our chosen carpet (Lewis Abbot Rural Charm) was coming up expensive everywhere else but M&Q had it at a great price so we went with them. Ordering online isn't always easy to organise a fitter but Mel at M&Q was understanding and helped us to rearrange our delivery to suit so that we weren't sat with a massive roll of carpet tripping everyone up! :) I will definitely use them again. Cost effective, great customer service and we LOVE the carpet!!!

What made my experience great ? One simple answer, Mel .
After contacting Morgan and Quinn, Mel got in touch extremely promptly. We had been struggling to find the exact carpet we wanted, luckily they found it fir us We went through all the measurements and she was so helpful through the process. Kept us fully updated as to when the delivery was going to be . And once delivered checked all was well . Even though we live 150 miles away from Morgan and Quinn will definitely use them again. Thanks for everything.

Very good personal communications about delivery on a large carpet roll . We are a bit remote but Mel managed to get the delivery pulled forward from the manufacturer. Coupled with the best online price that we had found for that carpet.

We bought what we worried might be a cheap carpet at £12 (Abingdon flooring stain free country weave biscotti) but are really pleased with the quality and feel and it looks expensive! We did use a top quality underlay (Tredaire Dreamwalk).

I ordered the Hugh Mackay deco pinstripe carpet in black/cream and I have to admit I was a bit nervous, as I’ve only ever gone to a local store for supply and fitting.
I was needlessly fretting, as the carpet arrived in excellent condition on the day I expected and the online price and delivery charge was competitive. I spoke to Mel in the office a couple of times and she was lovely and very reassuring.
My only slight disappointment was that the cream stripes aren’t quite as deep a colour as I’d have liked, but this is nothing to do with Morgan & Quinn and I should have got a sample to check. I would definitely buy from Morgan & Quinn again.

The products are excellent - I was in contact throughout the process with Mel who kept me updated regularly and was very helpful, friendly and professional - I needed my delivery on certain a day and Mel organised everything - great company who I highly recommend
