My daughter gave me a bottle of Mother…
My daughter gave me a bottle of Mother Root ginger. I thought it was amazing. So I ordered more of the ginger and also jalapeños ginger. I only received half the order. After contacting MR, Renet replied immediately and took care of the issue promptly. Can’t wait to try the jalapeños pepper…it’s on it’s way!!

Renet was very friendly, attentive and efficient in responding to my problem. But the shipment of this product was quite unacceptable.
Originally shipped by Door-Dash, who claims to have delivered it to me on 9/2/26. This shipment was never received.
After numerous email exchanges on 9/3, Renet advised she had arranged for “an urgent replacement order”. The urgent replacement order finally arrived on 9/12/26.
If this is typical for Mother Root deliveries, I’m not sure I will order again.

I had high expectations based on all the ads I’ve seen, but it really just tastes like apple cider vinegar. Do yourself a favor, and just buy a bottle of that instead for a tenth of the cost and mix it with soda water. Same thing.

Not for me! I love ginger and ginger beer and bought this thinking it may be ideal to replace my nightly glass of wine. Unfortunately the smell of it makes it almost undrinkable for me. I did try it but was disappointed.
