Love this stuff! I recently quit drinking but still like to make myself a fun drink in the evenings. I'm literally obsessed. Just started squeezing almost a whole lemon into it with soda water, a little rosemary or basil, perfection. I read that people think it tastes too much like ACV and maybe I like ACV??? But I think it tastes amazing and super gingery - almost firey spicy. Yum. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!

The handling by FedEx of my package from Motheroot was terrible. They took 8 days to get the package to my town and then lost it, only to discover days later that the package was damaged. No delivery.
I love your product, just wish that it could be shipped other than by land. Takes too long.
Madi has been as good as FedEx is terrible. She has keep me informed of the troubled shipment daily and has promptly worked within Mother Root to correct it.

Really want to love this .. but
Had no issues with service and really wanted to love this as I’m a huge ginger fan. Sadly for me the ginger was overpowered by the cider vinegar despite shaking vigorously. I think wth more ginger and less vinegar I could have really enjoyed this. Not a wine substitute though!

The service was excellent but the drink…
The service was excellent but the drink is truly awful. I offered to 6 guests and they all tossed it down the drain. It is not returnable so don’t waste your money unless you like drinking apple cider vinegar on ice.

Mother Root wins the award for excellent customer service. When my most recent delivery went awry they responded right away and you could tell there was activity going on in the background. Even though London had a banking holiday on Monday, lo and behold my package was on the move again and I received it yesterday. Can you say yes to Mother Root Jalapeno Ginger -- it was delicious!

It pretty much tastes like apple cider vinegar, which is its main ingredient. It's fine, it just doesn't give me that cocktail or even mocktail vibe. I also expected more, and more interesting, recipes to come with it. I won't be reordering it.
It was shipped quickly and came well-packed.

Evri delivered my Mother Root parcel…
Evri delivered my Mother Root parcel severely damaged with one bottle missing. I immediately emailed Mother Root and their response was very quick indeed. They are sending me another bottle and have given me a discount if I reorder in the future. I was able to give them photos and cctv footage showing the damaged package which was handed to me by Evri. I am impressed by their Customer Service on this occasion.

I ordered 6 bottles of Maramalade…
I ordered 6 bottles of Maramalade Switchel which was not delivered by Evri. Tracking information says this delivery was delayed, and Evri would get in contact with me. I heard nothing for a week. I then contacted Mother Root who are looking in to it. A few days in and still no news about what their warehouse have found.
This was not an inexpensive purchase. Am so disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry that your six bottles of Marmalade didn't arrive as expected. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly as it's a large order.
Unfortunately, Evri had not notified us that the parcel had been lost or that there was an issue with the delivery, so we weren't aware that anything had gone wrong until you contacted us. Once you did, we immediately began investigating with our warehouse and the courier to establish what had happened.
I'm very pleased to say that we've now confirmed the parcel was unfortunately lost in transit, and we've arranged a full replacement of all six bottles via DPD on a next-day service. Your new order is on its way, and we'll send your tracking details as soon as they're available.
We really hope your Marmalade arrives safely tomorrow, and that it proves well worth the wait.
