Well above the expected customer service !
I had placed an order via email, as I usually do, and normally just get an order acknowledgment after.
But today, Craig called to discuss the order and was able to offer a better price on one item and also advised that the other item was discontinued and offered an alternative. He kept me fully informed when there not sufficient stock to fulfil our order at the time.
Overall very impressed with this customer service, thank you Craig !

Overall good service
Overall good service. Overnight delivery from DPD however let MSC down as it was clear from their website that our parcel was 'left behind' and missed the van that day and turned up later than expected. I did contact customer services who assured me it was on its way but no offer of recompense despite paying for overnight

Purchased a Bosch Pro GWS 12v -76 angle grinder. Next working day delivery and cheapest price I’d seen anywhere (it was reduced).
