Top notch customer service
In making a decision about purchasing a device, customer service answered every question I had and then some. Not pushy at all and if I sent an email, I had a reply in minutes! They helped me make a decision on the device I purchased with their honest input. Everything from picking the device, payment & shipping and setting up training, the follow through was so refreshing! Happy with MShape Beauty
We decided to go with MShape Beauty after looking at a few different machines for our clinic. We’ve been using the EMShape Neo Plus for muscle toning and strengthening, and we also have cryo for targeted fat reduction.
We’ve used other body sculpting machines before, including more expensive ones, so we had something to compare it to. So far, everything has been working well and we haven’t had any issues with the machines.
The treatments have also brought in more business for us. We’re planning to offer the same treatments at our new location early next year. We’re happy with how everything has worked out and would make the same choice again.

M-Shape overview
Gwen from M Shape called me as a follow up to my purchase nearly a year ago of an Em-shape Neo Elite.
What the Neo Elite is:
A HIFEM machine with RF output. A neuromuscular stimulation machine. A standard outlet 120V 60Hz connected unit that is powerful enough for home use. It’s an excellent supplement to a healthy lifestyle and gym orientated individual. It helps on those days when you just didn’t make the gym (tired or busy). It’s also extremely therapeutic - something they don’t advise on, maybe because that would classify it as a medical device? But it really helps with score muscles and even sore joints. It’s tricky to get the machine pads positioned for shoulders but persevere it’s worth it, over time, it really helped me decrease pain in worn shoulders as i’m an old bodybuilder. The machine is an excellent supplement to an active lifestyle especially as you age
What it is Not
. It is not a commercial spa 220V connected machine! So those who write “ it’s as powerful as a spa machine” are incorrect. You can’t break ohms law… and for those who think James Watt invented P=V.I check your history 😊
The maximum power available from a standard 120V home outlet, is not the same as from a 240V volt phase to phase outlet.
. The question is, is it powerful enough and the answer is emphatically YES!
Powerful enough , especially on smaller muscle groups, arms shoulders and abs. it’s an excellent supplement to a gym workout
. It’s not going to give you huge muscle growth
. It’s NOT a replacement for the gym
. It’s not going to help you if other aspects of your health are not addressed (obesity, serous mobility issues etc ) - can it help to get you stared? YES, but it’s not a replacement for the gym or a healthy overall lifestyle.
. The whole “ it’s like doing 20000 sits ups” comparison many make, in my opinion, is misleading, I’m sure it’s mechanically accurate to say, but there is no way it will ever replace a hard heavy gym workout. If it did every guy would be a version of the Rock (before he turned into his umm … puny version) of himself
. It requires consistency like all things it’s a game of mm not inches and the results happen overtime with consistent use, eating and a healthy life style
Conclusion
. It’s a great supplement to a healthy life style
. It can help with injuries and pain, as it’s zero impact
. It can help you get started on a road to being more active
. It is an excellent assist to regular gym goers for sure.
. For me it was worth the investment, but if your looking for miracles, this is not it!

I bought an emshape machine a month…
I bought an emshape machine a month back. When it arrived, it had plastic pieces rattling around. The supplier sent the replacement part that I had to fix, but it always felt kinda weak to me. I'm not obese,a little overweight, but I thought I would have felt it deeper in my legs. Today, I turned it on and used it 30 minutes and went to another area, and it stopped working. The machine was still on, but it wasn't zapping or contracting. I'm not sure what it's called, but it wasn't making the nose it normally does or sending the shocks it's supposed. I feel cheated for sure. Avoid the EmShape machine. I strongly recommend staying away from it. I’m planning to purchase a MyoSlim machine next to test it, and I’ll come back and update my review once I’ve had a chance to use it.

Important Update: This review is completely fraudulent, plagiarized, and arranged by a competitor to intentionally damage our reputation. It should therefore be disregarded.
We have definitively proven this review is fake through two major findings:
* Stolen Order Numbers: The reviewer, "Raquel," provided two random order numbers to trick the Trustpilot system into verifying her review (one for the initial information request and another after the review was flagged). Our investigation revealed both order numbers belong to entirely different customers from 2 and 3 years ago, located in different countries, with completely different names, emails, and phone numbers. This directly contradicts her claim that she bought a machine "a month back."
* Plagiarized Reddit Post: The text of this review is not a genuine experience. It was entirely copied and pasted from a 4-year-old Reddit post regarding a completely different product called "EMSlim Nova"—a generic, low-cost Chinese machine that MShape Beauty has NEVER sold. “EMSlim” is typically used to describe machines that vibrate the skin and use direct current to shock the muscles.
* The original Reddit post predates “Raquel's” supposed purchase by approximately four years.
