Feeling confident after training
The one-on-one training I received for my laser machine was excellent. Trainer took the time to ensure I understood all the features and answered my questions without rushing. It was my first time ordering from M-Shape Beauty, and I feel confident moving forward.

Informative and helpful training
I completed my one-on-one training on the Hera machine today, and the trainer was incredibly professional and intelligent. They guided me through every feature, making sure I felt confident using the machine. This was my first purchase from M-Shape Beauty and I'm excited to start offering treatments for fat reduction and skin tightening, and I can't wait to see how my clients respond to the results.

A Worthwhile Upgrade
We've been using the EMShape Neo Plus at our spa, and have seen impressive benefits in both muscle building and fat reduction. The one-on-one Zoom training was detailed but easy to follow, and the ongoing support has been excellent. Our clients are very pleased with the results, and I'm already planning to add another unit to our second location.

Dishonest practices
Company sold me a unit and did not honor price I paid that was listed on their website. A month and numerous emails and phone calls later my payment was refunded.

Dear Ridas,
My name is Carla, and I would like to express our disappointment in hearing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you've had with our company. Please know that we take this situation very seriously.
To clarify, production of the green light therapy unit which you had ordered could not be completed promptly due a temporary change in the sourcing of raw materials for the equipment production. The change to was not within our control and we immediately issued you a full refund upon confirmation that we could not complete the unit in a timely manner. In addition to issuing a full refund we had delivered a free gift of a high quality metal ultrasonic skin scrubber.
While we are sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced, and we understand you seem disappointed, however we would appreciate it if you would not make up inaccurate statements referring to numerous phone calls and emails which never occurred. In fact we contacted you only once we internally confirmed your unit could not be delivered in a timely manner and we issued your full refund to your original payment method within one hour.
We pride ourselves in being completely honest and transparent and we welcome anyone to contact us for more details regarding this type of cancellation and full refund situation. 1-800-583-3349. info@mshapebeauty.com.
