Powerful EMSlim Neo machine and MShape…
Powerful EMSlim Neo machine and MShape Beauty’s customer service has been great. The day we received delivery we called them to request an installation video and arranged our online training session. It was really easy. We also just ordered some consumables by phone and again they arranged fast. They make it simple to succeed!

Hi there Jana and Nicole,
We have already given you a 100% refund for your machine, and it’s come to our attention that you still haven’t returned the machine, even though we have arranged for a shipping company to pick it up at no expense to you. Could you kindly contact us to arrange the return? Please contact Sally at 1-800-583-3349. Thank you.
Dear Nicole,
We are very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced and thank you for sharing your experience. Our technical support has already delivered the necessary part and we recently have been trying to contact you to assist with the installation. We look forward to solving your issue asap.
Evaluation of MShape Beauty
We are using MShape Beauty’s Perfect Shape and their S Shape cavitation. First of all, the energy is obviously stronger than previous machines we purchased in Alibaba, obvious to the operator and the patient. Secondly, MShape Beauty offers real training by intelligent staff while the previous seller offered training but there was none. I recommend MShape Beauty to anyone looking for great quality.
