EINFACH NUR UNVERSCHÄMT !!!

130,- Euro vorab bezaht,
Stiefel viel zu groß geliefert,
Kundendienst reagiert trotz mehrerer e-mails nicht,
schickt kein Rücksendeetikett,
Rücksendung würde 30,- Euro kosten.

Nun versuche ich die PayPal Zahlung zurück zu bekommen, weiß allerdings nicht, ob es klappt.

Bloß keine Bestellung aufgegeben. Falsche Größe geliefert, Umtausch nur mit Rücksendung in Höhe von ca 30€ möglich.
Kundendienst geht nicht auf die gestellten Fragen ein.
Ich rate von einem Kauf dringend ab.

They answer everything once a week. They sent the wrong size. No apology or anything. Took me 3 weeks to get a refund after I told them I am going to the customer affairs.

Give your stuff proper training, you are stealing people's money and time.

Went through 3 pairs in less than 2 years
All 3 pairs split on top of boot around big toe area
Soles still good
Rest of boot still good
Comfortable
But absolute rubbish for splitting in the same place every time

Both leaked within couple months, had them about 7 months and now totally split in several places, by far most expensive wellies Iv ever bought ! My £30 dunlops lasted much longer and are still waterproof ! Would not buy again !!! Huge waste of money £120 gone !

Flawed design. I purchased a new pair of the slip on shoe style because of the neoprene edge. Buy then they decided to put a pull strap right over the top of it. Within 30 minutes of wearing them I took off all my skin on the back of my feet. I could not believe the stupidity in the design. It was not even a soft material. More like an industrial strap I would use on a truck.

Tried to find customer services and there is none. Your can not write a review on their page. Seems like they only choose the good reviews.

Finally found them on Facebook took over a week to reply just to ask me what country I was in. And gave me an email address.

I really wish I could add photos to show you that damage to my feet. Please be warned.

Purchased wellies. Have had several pairs worn them until in pieces. This time developed a fault they were not waterproof. Contacted muck boot said go back to supplier who said go to muck boot. If you are going to supply make sure you are singing off the same sheet. Im out of pocket. Left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Auf keinen Fall bei Muck Boots bestellen.
Es kam die falsche Größe, Kundendienst reagiert überhaupt nicht, anders als auf der Homepage beschrieben wird. Habe bereits 4 Emails geschrieben. KEINE REAKTION!
Die Rücksendung ginge nach England und würde mich 30€ kosten. Sehe ich auch überhaupt nicht ein, da ja eine andere Größe geliefert wurde, als ich bestellt hatte!

My boots lasted 9 weeks before the sole ripped away.
Muck will not warrant because I did not buy directly from them.
Amazon say contact Muck.
£106 down the drain.

Ich kann mich in allen Punkte bei den schlechten Bewertungen voll und ganz anschließen.
Retoure kostet 30€. UNFASSBAR!
Und unklar ob diese durch den Zoll kommt.

I work outdoors walking long distances in all seasons and was delighted to discover Arctic Muck Boots which kept my feet dry and warm in all temperatures. I was so pleased initially that I have recommended them to my clients, many went on to buy them. When my first pair cracked after a year I put it down to constant usage over the winter and poor care so I bought another pair and followed all the guidance on how to look after them. I was mortified to see that they’d cracked again within the year and started to deteriorate around the join of the sole. The seal has also lifted. Sadly I am now looking for my 3rd pair of wellies in 3 years! After my experience and reading these reviews I won’t be choosing Muck Boots nor will I recommend them again.

Bought £145 boots, and within a year, two splits appeared on both boots, making them non-waterproof. There was a warranty of a year, but they said 'Further to the return/ images sent regarding your warranty claim, I regret to inform you that the issue has been deemed as fair wear and tear by our Quality Control team and is not covered by our warranty.'

At over £100 these boots are by far the most expensive boots I've ever purchased and, similarly, they are the worst quality boot I've owned. To say they are uncomfortable is an understatement. I persevered with them initially buying heel protectors after the ridiculous moulding chewed the skin off my heel only to have one seal after another break down and leak. They really are rubbish and the quality is something akin to a pound land purchase. Customer service is none existent and zero interest in complaints about the defective products they pedal. Avoid.

Having spent over £350 on two pairs, my wife’s Vibram sole fell off one boot a little over 12 months later. I contacted them to be told we hadn’t cared for them despite no evidence for them to claim this. My wife washes them in water after each dog walk throughout winter and stored in the utility room. I agree with others, this company is nothing short of a complete scam. Do not go near them.

Reklamation von vermeintlich hochwertigem und preisintensivem, wasserdichtem Gummistiefel nach nur gut einem Jahr auf Grund von Undichtheit und Wassereintritt zwischen Sohle und Obermaterial wurde als ausserhalb der Garantie abgewiesen, obwohl nach deutschem Recht eine Gewaehrleistungspflicht von zwei Jahren besteht.
Ganz schlechter Service und ebenso schlechte Qualitaet. Wuerde ich nie wieder kaufen.

shocking excuse after excuse card terminal not working, money keeps pinging back ect ect wouldn't refund then only partially said we kept boot jack and boot protector took weeks to get money boots way too small and overpriced the shocking reviews speak volumes awful company

I bought some Muck Boots in August while they were cheaper so I'd got them ready for winter. I started using them around the beginning of November, I don't wear wellingtons every day so they've not been used much over the 3 months. They're falling apart already!! Absolutely disgusting!! To say these boots usually retail over £100, mine were just under £90 on sale, but £90 for 3 month's of very occasional wear and the back seam is opening up on both boots!! They're a total waste of money. Customer service aren't interested, please don't waste your money, get some cheap Dunlops and replace them every year if you need to, Muck boots wouldn't even last a month if you were someone who wore them every day, dreadful product and no customer service

Das war einfach eine Katastrophe, die Größen stimmen überhaupt nicht überein, die Rücksendung war extrem teuer und die Schuhe kamen dann mangels Zollpapiere wieder zurück, niemals wieder werde ich da was kaufen. Eigentlich wollte ich die Umbestellen und hatte gleich drei Paar bestellt

I received my order which was a pair of Women's Muckster 2 Mid . This is the 5th pair I have ordered for myself and family members. When I took them out of the box and went to roll cuff down they have a big sticker with a barcode on it. I am so disappointed in this I mean what is the point of having a roll cuff with pretty flowers if you can't roll it down because there is a big ugly unremovable sticker. Clearly this is a defect, an irregular product being sold as normal. This is wrong this is the kind of thing you find in the Ross store at a discount price because it is not correct but you are selling it as normal which is deceiving to say the least. I tried to write a review and cannot site won’t allow me too, but upon looking at reviews for the same boots (which I did not do when I bought because I already own a pair and they do not have this sticker) found many distraught customers that are very upset about the same reason. I have already written once and did not get a response . I would like to return these and get my money back but I also would like to know that you will not deceive anymore customers one customers review stated that your response to her was you will continue to sell these and not fix the problem until the defective stock is gone what kind of company policy is this ? So disheartening in a company that I loved purchased and valued their products.
