Expensive boots that are not true to size. Rub really badly and are painful. Tried to ask for exchange or refund but they've been worn for 20 minutes so don't fit the return unworn policy. Have tried to discuss with someone and they refuse to reply. Horrific customer service, I have sent 6 or 7 emails and received one generic email that did not deal with the issue or advise how to move forward. Have asked for a managers call back revue and no response. At 150 for a pair of boots that don't fit properly and the company don't respond to emails I definitely would not recommend. Do not waste your money.

Awful service. Over a month for a refund and they didn't refund the VAT element.
Do not buy from this company.

das erste Mal teure Stiefel bestellt im Dezember 2023. Bis heute keine Lieferung von muckboots erhalten. Kundenservice mehrmals angeschrieben, keine Antwort. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten bei dieser Firma zu bestellen. Unseriös, "Kundenservice" der nicht antwortet.

Basically bunch of crooks. Foolishly ordered boots. Cancelled order when they never arrived. Several emails unanswered. Now asked bank to retrieve payment. Clearly a company in decline.

Vielleicht ist der Schuh ja gut, der Service mit Sicherheit nicht.

Bought a pair of boots in clearance half price sale and still paid £130. After 18 days I wrote to them to state one boot was a slightly tighter fit than the other and that a piece had come loose inside the boot which was rubbing my heel to the point where I couldn't wear them any longer. I am a perfect size 8 foot with no issues whatsoever. After 3 attempts I finally got a response from customer service which stated "Having consulted our Quality Control team, we regret to inform you that the issue has been deemed as fair wear and tear and is not covered by warranty." This is without even asking me to return the boots for inspection! 18 days!!! Product rubbish quality and customer service no better. I've spent £130 on boots which I can't wear.

I had purchased a pair of Muck boots and a little over a year they had started to separate the sole from the main boot. I was very disappointed in this purchase as it cost $179.99 to get a low-quality product.

They feel clumbsy heavy. Very slippy on hard wet surfaces with green algy more than any other of my foot ware. The flex creases in the ankle area are more uncomfortable than other wellies I have. The cheapest wellies @ £10 ish are far superior to these on comfort, grip, nibleness and feel.
I do feel that these boots are not fit for purpose because they are so slippy on smooth wet hard surfaces which is what they are intended.

Beim Kauf auf der Website wird nicht deutlich gemacht, dass die Rücksendung bei falscher Größe erfordert, dass man das Paket nach GB selbst bezahlen muss. Außerdem wird keine ordentliche Größenskala geliefert, sodass trotz Abmessen des Fußes die Schuhe 2 Größen zu groß waren. Ich sitze nun auf den Schuhen, wenn ich nicht bereit bin, noch mehr Geld auszugeben. Frechheit bei Gummistiefeln dieser Preisklasse.

I have bought lots of Muckbooks - for me and other family members. But never again. When the first pair split after about a year, I thought it was a one-off. I'm afraid not. All of them have problems after a relatively short amount of time - mostly the sole coming away from the boot. I wasn't expecting to buy disposable gum boots - and they're quite expensive too. Will be looking for an alternative brand that looks nice but are better quality.

Ordered some boots & paid the extra £7.95 for next day delivery due to upcoming event, had it not been for the event , I would have had free standard delivery as in no rush.Received confirmation of order placed before 2 pm cut off for next day delivery. Boots did not arrive for over 48 hrs . Sent 3 emails now requesting refund of postage and no response . Not so much the money but the principal. I paid extra for a service I didn’t receive. Very poor customer service and would not recommend them. Won’t use again.

Nie wieder. Wie auch andere kann ich bestätigen, dass der Kundenservice unterirdisch ist.
Rücksendung super teuer.
Schicken mir die falsche die Größe und behaupten, es sei so bestellt, deshalb können sie nichts machen.
Teure Schuhe, die dazu nicht lange halten.

Whilst I owned a pair for just over 12 months I had not worn them for more than 6 months. The heel disintegrated and they became unwearable. Muck Boots showed no interest in the problem. Will never buy them again

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

I ordered from them without reading the truspilot reviews.

That was a big mistake.

I ordered some boots on the 18th of November.

Delivery was slower than most other retailers.

When they did arrive one boot was bigger than the other.

They don't offer free returns, so I had to ring customer services who eventually agreed to send me a free returns tracked 48hours label by email.I returned the boots immediately.

Tracking shows that they received them on 29th of November.

It's now the 10th of December and still no sign of my refund.

This is totally unacceptable, specially as the boots were clearly faulty. I also have had no response from customer services regarding this.
Just the usual we're really busy garb automated response.

So far they've had my money for 22 days.

I can't afford to order more boots from a more reputable trader until I get my refund.
Soon I'll have to go back to my bank to claim a chargeback for the transaction.

They take your money in one second, but take weeks to give a refund. Even when it is clearly their fault.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
where they know how to look after their customers.

Muck boots customer service is absolutely rubbish.

I love Muckboots. This is my third pair. However I ordered the same size as usual and one of the boots was very oversized to the point my foot slipped in it, so much so I would say it was faulty/out of tolerance. I emailed and it took over a week for them to reply with a generic copy & paste of their returns policy which did not address my issue specifically or answer my question of a free return. I replied again and have had no response. Customer service is extremely poor. It has cost me £15 to return these questionable boots and buy another pair (the same size!) that fit correctly. I like muck boot, but after this experience I will be starting to look for alternatives for next time. Amazed to see the low trust pilot review! Had never looked before but after this customer service experience it does not surprise me. Sort it out!

Backwards yokel business, contradicting returns policy, lack of robust returns procedure; for example two different return addresses stated. Below industry standard in many ways. Emailed for help, no response after 4 days thus far. Emails take 2 minutes to reply to, there’s no way your cottage industry excuse of a company gets more than 30 emails an hour. You need to keep up. DO NOT BUY DIRECT.

Finger weg von Muck Boots! Bereits nach kurzer Zeit hat sich bei meinen Stiefeln (Weekend Arctic) die Sohle gelöst und am Schaft bei beiden Stiefeln das Material durchgescheuert. 120 Euro für die Mülltonne. Muck Boot bedauert das mit den Worten „tut uns leid, aber wir können Ihnen nicht helfen“.
Ich bedaure auch, so viel Geld für nichts ausgegeben zu haben!

I bought a pair of Artic sport boots.
They fit perfectly and the best bit is how warm they keep my feet.
I suffer with Reynaud's disease. Every winter is a very painful experience normally. But the boots are brilliant and so warm.

Wie bereits andere geschrieben haben, ist nicht ersichtlich, dass die Ware aus UK kommt. Bei Lieferzeiten von 2-3 Tagen wie angegeben, kommt man auch nicht darauf. Die Ware kam erst nach 10 Tagen, abgebucht wird natürlich sofort. Leider passten die Stiefel nicht, jetzt warte ich seit längerem auf Rückerstattung. Auf Anfragen bekommt man keine Antwort. Never again!
