This is a joke of a company with abysmal customer service. They don’t accept returns of faulty items that they sell. I am never going to buy from them again

Absolutely terrible quality. Owned for just over a year and huge cracks have appeared in many places. Spoke to the company and they said normal wear and tear and no replacement. Would not recommend spending money on these boots

I gave 2 stars because for the first 10 months, they were great. Super comfy to walk miles and miles in with the dog, didn't get cold feet, didn't get sore feet. A really great pair of wellies, worth the price. Or so I thought. The first issue I had was the soles coming away. I was told to buy some proper wellie glue, which I did. That sorted that issue. But then 13 months in, the back splits right at the seam. Emailed muck boots 'unfortunately we don't offer repair kits or a repair service' and advised me to buy some glue. The same glue I already have but one that won't fix the split in the seam. 13 months, £110 down and a pair of wellies no longer fit for purpose. So I definitely wouldn't recommend. For £110 I thought I'd get a good few winters out of them. Should have read the reviews. Won't be buying from them again.

Schuhe passen nicht. Rücksendung nach Großbritannien. Kosten für Rücksendung für ein Halbschuh 30,00 Euro + zusätzliche Verpackung und ausfüllen von Zollpapiere. Leider war für mich als Besteller nicht klar, dass der Schuh aus Großbritannien kommt. An den Rücksendekosten beteiligt sich die Firma nicht. Deshalb Vorsichtig und Augen auf bei der Bestellung! Über Paypal bestellt, hoffe, das die Rückabwicklung problemlos verläuft.

Keine Angabe dazu, dass die Schuhe bei Rücksendung nach England müssen. Hohe Versandgebühren und Zollpapiere. Gehts noch?

Leider NULL Kundenservice. Schuhe fallen klein aus und es gibt nirgends einen Hinweis man sollte eine Nummer größer bestellen.
Schuhe müssen daher sehr teuer zurückgesendet werden. Das war die erste und letzte Bestellung. Schade!

Achtung! Retour muss nach Großbritannien geschickt werden (internationales Paket + Zollanmeldung). Dass eine Rücksendung nur nach GB erfolgen darf, wird auf der Seite von Muck Boots in keinster Weise erwähnt. Die Antwort vom Kundenservice lautet: ich soll das Paket einfach meinem Kurier gehen.

If you feel like purchasing a pair of muck boots online. Don’t. The boots vary significantly in weight as well as width and length. If you still need to go ahead and buy online, avoid buying directly from muck boots. Their return policy makes the buyer responsible for return postage and given the weight of the boots as well as the box etc it comes with, that will be approx £10 by Royal Mail and slightly less by couriers. Avoid. Instead buy the boots from a wealth of retailers which sell muck boots and offer free return including Amazon. Indeed the purchase price from these retailers is also less. I made the mistake of assuming going to the source would be best. Wrong. My boots cost more to buy and just under £10 to return because the fit was wrong. How can you be a shoe retailer and not offer free returns? I even wrote to them offering to buy a pair of muck boots that fit me from a named shop if they would remove the cost of return postage from my returning the poor fit boots. Muck boots refused. I will be avoiding Muck boots forever.

After 13 months my muck boots are leaking. Importer gives a one-year warranty and after that you're just out of luck. Expensive shoes for this poor quality. Never again a Muck boot for me.

After only 30 days of wearing my new Muck boots the upper seam was coming off. I contacted Muck Boots and within hours a replacement pair was on the way. This is amazing customer service!
My last pair of Muck Boots lasted me 15 years of heavy farm work and they were still waterproof.
I will always buy genuine Muck Boots!

Lover 10% rabat hvis man tilmelder sig deres nyhedsbrev - men koden kan ikke bruges. Når man efterfølgende skriver til dem får man intet svar - udover en standardmeddelelse "Vi svarer dig om 48 timer" :(
Nok ikke et firma man bør handle med.
