I wish I checked the reviews!!! Bought two pairs of the premium range with verbram sole for dog walking the first pair soles started coming off and replaced them with a second pair one boot developed a tear in the front of foot crease. Barely 12 months old other boot fine Muck Boot didn’t want to know said this was normal wear and tear said the other boot is fine? These boots are priced at £220.00 not what I would expect I would avoid this brand not just because of quality but customer experience is appalling !!

Lovely boots out of the box and fine for occasional light use, but the liners wear out with any frequent use and once outside a year the company are not interested. Save your money and get a cheaper product or buy a better brand that lasts.

I gave these boots a second chance, the first pair the soul came away at the toes, this pair which I’ve only worn on a small number of occasions has now started to come away at the heal!
Basically they’re over priced crap!
Unfortunately it’s took me over 230£ to learn my lesson!

I’ve since bought some jack pyke, much cheaper and to be be fair are more comfortable.

Leider das Innenfutter an der Ferse nach ein paar Wochen durchgeschabt. Kann die Boots nur noch mit dicken Strümpfen und Pflaster tragen.
Sollte bei dem Preis nicht sein.

Had my muck boots just over a year. They were warm, lightweight and comfortable. They’ve developed a split and now not waterproof. So disappointed as I loved wearing them. Reading other reviews this is very common and won’t be purchasing another pair.

Yet another pair of Muck Boots split and useless at around the 12 month mark and this is not the first pair it has happened to

Yes they are comfortable

Yes they are warm

Yes they are waterproof initially at least

But the quality of these things for the price they expect you to pay is terrible. I pay a similar price for a pair of Dr Martens made in England boots and 5 years later they are still as good as new but in that time I've had 5 pairs of Muck Boots.

If you try to contact then they either ignore you or patronise you.

So the quality of these is bad but then you have to deal with Muck Boots customer service and that is even worse attitude from hell and an overinflated self importance of we are Muck Boots don't you know.

A copy pair from Aldi for £30 was as comfortable, was as warm, was as waterproof and lasted longer.

Muck Boots you have lost it and if you keep it up the same will be able to be said about your customers. Stop selling inferior quality boots for over inflated prices before your reputation has gone.

Purchased a pair of Muck Boots 8 months ago, 23rd January 2023, and they are now separating between the upper and the weld to the sole. This is happening in the same place on both boots and looks like a manufacturing fault. I am very disappointed in the quality as these boots are sold as durable and are a very expensive layout. They have not had much use as I have not worn them since the spring. I would like to return them with a refund or have them replaced. I have attached photos so you can see the problem.
The reply I got said it was fair wear and tear, which is crazy for a pair of boots that cost £130 and I had 2 months of wear from them. SHOCKING quality!

Hohe Zollgebühren bei Rücksendungen und sämtliche Anfragen meinerseits werden ignoriert!!!!! Das Wort“Kundenservice“ dürfte dieses Unternehmen nicht benutzen! Also sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt!! Seit Mai bekommt die Firma Emails….außer dieser automatisierten Antwort kommt KEINE Reaktion!!!

Das Unternehmen kann sich die Zollgebühren erstatten lassen….und den Kunden erstatten! Aber das wäre mit Arbeit verbunden!!!! Da möchte man garnicht erst wissen, wer da ganz oben in der Chefetage sitzt …..

Vorsicht bei Rücksendungen! Wie schon die anderen geschrieben haben geht es zurück nach UK was hohe Rücksendekosten und viel Zolldokumente bedeutet. Was NICHT aus der Homepage so deutlich hervorgeht. Bisher niemanden vom Kundenservice erreicht.

Weiterer Stand: Paket wurde mehrfach nicht angenommen. Kundenservice habe keine telefonische Möglichkeiten. Mails kommen sporadisch und nicht hilfreich. Nie wieder!

Schuhe haben leider nicht gepasst. Glaube aber wenn sie sitzen sind es gute feste Arbeitsschuhe. Sind aber generell eher schwer und klobig. Material hält aber im Gegensatz zu anderen Gummistiefeln glaub gut warm.

I bought these boots and wore them for 15 weeks yes four months max!
They split at the back and Muck boot refused to resolve this.
For a pair of boots costing over £100 I would expect a touch more!

Had them 18months. Developed two cracks along upper left foot. Worn regularly in winter (5months) for dog walking about 2 hours a day. Mainly field walking. For the price I would have expected much better quality.
Shame, as a comfortable boot otherwise.

My Muck short wellies split in identical places on both boots after about 4 months. On contacting Muck I provided photos but was given a whole load of extra hoops to jump through which were unrealistic & burdensome, presumably designed to put me off pursuing the matter. Unlike with other companies this is not good customer service. On reading similar reviews & Muck’s awful track record on trustpilot it makes me realise that I really ought to check out companies on trustpilot before using their products or services.

Loved the boots when they arrived extremely roomy for my wide feet and comfortable. I did read reviews before noticing others comments about cracks etc but I thought I would just take extremely good care of them which i did. After a few months of wear just walking outdoors cracks and holes appeared in the upper part of boot so now they leak in wet weather which is norm for where i live. Really disappointed as expensive but would be good investment if they were durable.

Purchased wetland boots 18 months ago and split???!!!! wouldn't mind but they were hardly worn and well looked after.
They are nothing like the sales info, and now notice that they are half price.
Not great customer service either I,m afraid.

Rubber Cracks after four months and leaking water.

Next to impossible to get a refund or a replacment, Ignore emails.
Any one that bought off this company without using PayPall are a big pity.

Ich habe ein Paar Gummistiefel und bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Leider hat sich nach etwa 4 Monaten eine Sohle gelöst. Ich habe Muck-Boots kontaktiert in der Erwartung, daß ich auf Garantie / im Austausch ein neues Paar bekomme. Keine Chance - der Hersteller nimmt sich von diesem Qualitätsproblem nichts an. Leider ist das kein Ansatz für einen guten Kundenservice.

I loved my muck boots however they are not good value for the price I have had a few pairs over the last 5yrs or so each pair have leaked at the seams. I am bitterly disappointed and will not buy this brand again.

For a company that specialises in outdoor footwear I was extremely disappointed.
Having seen Muckboots advertised throughout my line of work i thought I'd give them a try.

Absolutely dreadful.
After 3 days of wearing there was a split right across the top of the shoe which obviously ended up with me having very wet feet.

For the price you pay I would not recommend them.
