By far, this is the best GLP1 company that I’ve worked with. I filled out the questionnaire, got a text immediately from Ray telling me that he would be my contact with his direct number, and my product arrived three days later. They give you $100 off your first order and then are also about $100 cheaper per month than any other company that I’ve worked with.
I would highly recommend MultiMedRX!

Once they get your money, they never answer questions or their phone. I canceled within 12 hours, they still proceeded to charge me. I spoke with someone on the phone and he said my account was canceled and a refund would be coming. Their website shows nothing . Do not trust this company.

I began my weight loss journey September 2024. I not only lost 45 pounds over the course of seven months and I have been on maintenance for the rest. Wish Im had read more of the reviews before ordering from this company.My experience has been like many of the other reviewers. I ordered tirzepatide and sent them numerous messages reminding them what I ordered and paid for but still received semaglutide which costs less. I have Called and messaged so many times but I never receive any response. I think this is a gimick .n I have been waiting all day for a response but nothing.Im sure everyone who pays the money gets extremely worried that they have been take. My advice: don't deal with this company.

Honestly do not know where to start! I ordered Trizepatide from this company two weeks ago! I distinctly stated I could not have Semaglutide due to having severe side effects from this. I received tracking information for Semaglutide! After emailing and calling on numerous occasions without success I managed to speak to Matt Otrowski. He was really nice and informed me that the wrong medication had been entered into the system by Catherine! He informed me he managed to intercept the pharmacy and change my medication to Trizepatide. I was excited to receive my medication! When it arrived it was Semaglutide so you can imagine my frustration!! I rang and rang no reply! Finally I got hold of Catherine who informed me they had sent my Trizepatide and I would receive my tracking number on Saturday! Nothing! We are now on Tuesday and still nothing! Is this a scam??

I am writing here in hopes of getting response. I was very enthused to begin the program and placed an order highlighting that I would be on vacation until August 21. I received a confirmation from Catherine telling me that they had marked it as a priority not to send my medication. Long story short, my medication arrived in Tennessee this morning, Monday, and I will not return home until Wednesday night. I have called all three numbers. They just ring with no answer and no availability to leave a voicemail. I did get a message from Matt asking for my labs and the poor young man got an earful before he connected me with Catherine. I spoke with her briefly & told her the problem. She recalled specifically making notes on my order not to ship. She then assured me she was headed to see her supervisor. That was six hours ago. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do since the medication is sitting in my Mailbox and I don’t have a neighbor to ask to put it in the refrigerator. In any case, hopefully this comment will get some attention from someone. I have texts & emails assuring me the product would not be shipped. Very frustrating.

I was approved last week for my weight loss meds and haven’t received any shipping information even though my credit card was charged the $199. I’ve now tried calling their 800 number and it just rings!!! If this is a scam (I hope not)…I’ll be filing with my credit card company, referring to the BBB and writing awful reviews on every social media site I can find 🤬…I’m hoping someone will contact me today or I’ll be getting a refund!!!

i been searching for a company that will have an easy process , (some websites i tried were too complicated) and reliable service . MMRX process was simple, effective and i received my meds right on time ! am so happy to have chosen them, after all the bad experience with other wight loss companies.

Finally a found a weightloss service that is fast and competent. The doctor prescribed Zepbound and while I am waiting for my insurance to approve it I was able to get Trizepatide in the mean time. Thank you !

I ordered from MMRX last week. After I placed the order, they said I would get a confirmation within minutes. I’ve never received a confirmation. I haven’t received any communication whatsoever regarding my order. I wake up this morning and saw the payment cleared so they got their money. I cannot even log online and create an account because it wants me to pay again. I’ve tried calling the 800 number with no answer tried calling a woman named Jennifer with no callback. This company is a joke and a scam. I will be calling my bank to dispute charges since I’m getting no product and communication.
