My experience was positive

I had health issue in 2025 that force me to cancel my trip. they have been very helpful and once all documents they asked were received, they process refund to me

When I clicked for the premiere I paid and realised it had defaulted to premier plus. I am very happy to say that multi trip has gotten back to me and have sorted my policy for me.
