Upon reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was delivered within 10 business days. Our website advises that standard shipping to the US typically takes 6–8 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not account for any potential delays during US customs processing, which can take up to 40 business days.

We’re also sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the taste and consistency of our CUSTARD Casein Protein. We understand that taste and texture preferences vary from person to person, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback.

Regarding your return request, our returns policy outlines that, for safety and hygiene reasons, supplements can only be returned if they are unopened, have an unbroken seal, remain in perfect and resalable condition, and are in their original packaging. Unfortunately, opened supplements are not eligible for return.

As previously advised, you are welcome to lodge a return for your unopened CUSTARD Casein Protein – Sample Pack – 7 Flavours.

For international orders where Checkout Plus was not selected, return shipping fees are payable by the customer, as outlined in our returns policy. We have recently transitioned to a new returns provider, allowing us to offer significantly more affordable return shipping options for our international customers.

We're sorry to hear that the fit of these shorts wasn't what you expected, particularly when ordering internationally. We understand how disappointing it is to incur additional shipping costs when items don't suit your preferences.

Upon review, you returned the garments before our investigation was completed. Once they arrived at our warehouse, our Product Technician measured all three pairs against our garment specifications, which are used to develop our online size guide. The assessment confirmed that the garments were within the specified sizing tolerances, and no manufacturing or sizing fault was identified. We subsequently processed a full refund of £94.20 for the three garments.

We understand that you were looking for a shorter fit, particularly through the crotch. However, the inseam measurement is taken along the inside seam from the crotch to the bottom hem, and how this length sits on the body can vary depending on an individual's height and body shape. While we appreciate that the shorts didn't fit as you had hoped, our assessment did not identify a fault with the garments themselves against their product specifications.

As no fault was identified, we were unable to reimburse the international return shipping costs. As outlined in our Returns Policy at the time you purchased, customers outside Australia are responsible for the cost of returning their items. We appreciate that this was an additional expense and understand your frustration with the overall experience.

We're continually looking for ways to improve the returns experience, which is why we've recently transitioned to a new returns platform. This allows us to offer additional return options, including international returns, and greater flexibility for customers.

All returned garments are individually inspected by our Returns Team before they can be approved to re-enter circulation. During the inspection of your Boxy Fit Tee in Spearmint, visible marks and white residue were identified and documented for your reference. We provided images of this in our email correspondence with you. Based on the garment's condition at the time of assessment, we were unable to approve the return.

We understand that you disagreed with our findings and requested a further review. Our team considered your concerns, explained the basis of our decision and maintained the assessment following review. While we appreciate that you may interpret the marks differently through the images, we must apply our returns criteria consistently to ensure returned garments meet our condition requirements.

We recognise this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for. As a gesture of goodwill, we also arranged to return the garment to you at no additional cost. Tracking confirms that this parcel has since been delivered, giving you the opportunity to inspect the garment and review the marks identified by our team firsthand.

We've recently updated our returns portal to make international returns more convenient, with return labels generated automatically and courier options provided based on availability in each location.

Previously, international customers were required to arrange and pay for their own return shipping to Australia, which could be considerably more expensive. Our new portal aims to make this process more accessible, with your UPS return label costing £5.26.

We recognise that the available courier option wasn't the most convenient for you, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the clarity of the options presented and couriers we have available. Our team confirmed that you're welcome to use a courier of your choice instead, and we've offered to refund the UPS label charge once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse.

For transparency, our Customer Experience team operates Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. Your initial enquiry was received on a Saturday, outside our operating hours, and our team responded when we returned to the office on Monday morning. We understand that waiting for assistance can be frustrating, particularly when you're trying to navigate a return, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the timeline.

Regarding your exchange, the screenshots provided indicated that your replacement purchase had been processed as a separate order rather than completed through our Returns Portal. When a Shop Now exchange is completed through the portal, customers are redirected back to finalise the exchange so their return credit can be applied as intended. As your replacement order had already been placed separately, we recommended lodging a standard return for a refund on your original order instead.

To help resolve the situation, we waived your return shipping fee as a gesture of goodwill. Your return was processed on the fifth business day after arriving at our warehouse, within our advised processing timeframe of up to 15 business days during periods of high return volumes. Our records also show that our team responded to your subsequent enquiries and provided assistance with your return.

We'd also like to clarify our approach to shipping costs. We don't profit from our shipping or returns fees. Your original order qualified for our free shipping offer on orders over $130, and we waived the return shipping fee for your return. As a result, you weren't charged for shipping on your original order or for returning these items.

We're continually looking for ways to improve the returns experience, which is why we've recently transitioned to a new returns platform. This allows us to offer additional return options, including international returns, and greater flexibility for customers. We also offer optional return coverage at checkout, allowing customers to pay a small upfront fee for eligible return shipping to be covered through our new returns portal, rather than paying the standard return label fee when lodging a return.

Regarding sizing, our size guide provides garment measurements to help customers choose the most suitable fit, and our Customer Experience team is always happy to offer personalised sizing advice before purchase. We also have a detailed fabric guide available for view prior to purchase which provides a detailed explanation of each of our fabrics and how they fit and feel. We encourage anyone who is unsure to reach out with their measurements so we can help.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the website's functionality and have passed this on to our team for review. At this stage, your return has been processed and the concerns raised with our team have been addressed. We're unable to locate any other correspondence where you've contacted our team and are still awaiting a response from us. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience, especially as you loved the pants and were hoping to continue shopping with us.

We just wanted to clarify one point regarding the exchange process. While our instant exchange option allows for a size change, our Shop Now exchange option also allows customers to select a different item from our website, including the same style in a different length. This option is available to customers directly through the returns portal. Therefore, you could have selected your preferred length through our shop now function, instead of opting for the same length.

We did also receive your email requesting that the length be changed after your exchange had already been submitted. Unfortunately, our team did not reach this email until around three hours later, by which time the exchange order had already been dispatched from our warehouse and we were unable to make any further changes.

Our automated response does advise that due to the high volume of enquiries, responses can take up to 48 hours and, if an enquiry is urgent, customers should contact us via live chat. Had we been contacted through live chat while the order was still being processed, our team could have attempted to have the change made with our warehouse before dispatch.

We completely understand why this was frustrating, and we’re sorry we weren’t able to make the change in time. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the exchange experience and will certainly pass this on to our team.

Hi Cathy,

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with your delivery experience. However, we do feel it’s important to clarify what actually occurred with this order, particularly as our correspondence with you and the USPS tracking provide a clear record of the delivery process.

We have been in direct correspondence with you regarding this parcel and provided you with the tracking information and updates available to us. We also communicated the delivery status and collection information with you. At no point were you left without information about where your parcel was or what was required for it to be delivered.

The USPS tracking confirms that a delivery attempt was made on 29 July 2026 at 11:41 AM. As the parcel could not be left at the delivery address, USPS left a notice and made the parcel available for collection at the Land O’ Lakes USPS location. The tracking was then updated to “Available for Pickup” on 1 August 2026.

At that stage, the parcel was safely held at your local USPS facility awaiting collection. We had provided you with the tracking information and communicated the situation with you, but the parcel did need to be collected by you from USPS. Once a parcel has been handed to the local postal service and a delivery attempt has been made, the recipient is responsible for collecting it when USPS requires collection.

The parcel was not collected within the timeframe provided by USPS and has therefore been returned to sender. It is currently making its way back to our warehouse.

We completely understand that this situation is frustrating, but we do want to be clear that this was not a case of your order simply “never coming” or being lost somewhere in Miami for three months. The parcel was attempted for delivery, USPS provided a collection option, the tracking information was available to you from dispatch, and we communicated the relevant information with you. The remaining step was simply to collect the parcel from USPS.

We’re therefore disappointed to see Muscle Nation described as a “scam” when we have remained in communication with you and provided the information needed to locate and collect the parcel.

Most importantly, we are still committed to getting your order to you. Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will be in contact with you to arrange a reshipment.

We’re sorry for the frustration this situation has caused, but we hope this provides some clarity for anyone reading this review as to what occurred with the delivery.
