Best tasting protein product s…
I have been struggling with protein shakes and tastes of protein and always opt for the strong labels however MUSCLE NATION has incredible taste I have been using their milk chocolate shake and it is super 10/10 for taste. I am recommending the best I’ve found in a very long time. Also checked out their protein bar cookies and cream so yummy there is no whey protein taste in any of their products whatsoever! 100% you can’t go wrong or look past this brand. The taste is so yummy.

Most over rated company ever
These guys said you get something free over x amount, no where on the website did it say AUD until the last checkout page. I made a complaint and in that time they’d changed the T’s and C’s on their website and then added a widget that has a loading bar for free stuff at checkout. I didn’t get anything for free and it would have cost them about $2.50 to send it to me for free. So I hope the multiple reviews I give you is worth it. When I contacted customer support it was like speaking to a robot that had completely forgot what I was talking about and would go around in circles. It was really annoying trying to get an answer out of them so I just gave up. Their products, especially their custard bars taste like the smell of mothballs and has the worst texture I’ve ever experience. And I eat oysters. All of their products are awful. I thought I’d give them a shot again and it took them FIVE DAYS to just revive the order - not arrive at my address, like 5 days for them to even acknowledge that I’d placed it and the courier picked it up. Their marketing is all just stuff ripped off of other brands and it’s like they can’t do a video with their female staff not wearing revealing active wear. I went from being their biggest fan to the biggest critic in a matter of a couple of orders. I’ve just never tried such awful products before and experienced such terrible customer service.

Hi No,
We're sorry to hear that you've been left feeling this way.
In regard to your most recent order, which was placed during our EOFY Sale, we clearly communicated prior to purchase that dispatch could take up to 15 business days due to the significant increase in order volumes. Your order was dispatched well within this advertised timeframe.
We've also looked into your account and, at this stage, we're unable to locate any correspondence relating to the order or enquiry you've referenced. If there is another email address or order number associated with your enquiry, we'd be more than happy to investigate further.
With respect to the promotional offer, the promotion was subject to its advertised Terms & Conditions, which are available throughout the campaign. While we regularly make improvements to our website's functionality and user experience, these updates do not change the eligibility requirements of promotions that have already been communicated.
We also appreciate that taste is highly subjective. While we're disappointed our products weren't to your liking, they're enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of customers across Australia, and we recognise that not every flavour or texture will suit everyone's personal preferences. That said, we'd still love the opportunity to investigate your feedback further. If you're able to email our team with the batch code located on the back of the bars you purchased, we'd be happy to look into this with our supplements team.
Finally, we're sorry you felt your experience with our Customer Experience team wasn't helpful. Our team works hard to provide accurate information and assist every customer fairly, and we'd certainly be happy to review any interaction if we're provided with the relevant details.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Should you wish to provide the additional information mentioned above, we'd be more than happy to investigate your concerns further.

Absolutely obsessed with the Peachy Aura Invisible Scrunch set! 🤎
I've bought so many invisible scrunch leggings from different brands over the years, and these are hands down my favourite.
The invisible scrunch is so flattering without being over the top, they don't roll down, the high waistband stays put during my workouts, and they sculpt your body in all the right places. Best of all, they don't dig in or cut into your waist.
The fabric is buttery soft, super comfortable, squat-proof, and makes you feel confident whether you're training. The crop is a great fit, not a micro cut and holds the girls in nicely. This is definitely my new favourite Muscle Nation set! 🫶✨

I've just recieved my 2nd order and I love love love my new stuff.....I got a pair of the shorts that have extra thickness at the tummy area (sorry cant remeber the name but they also have pockets) and for someone like me that had 2 c-sections for my last 2 kids it really helps keep things tighter and in place lol (iykyk)
Thanks muscle nation for having such variety and also good sizes. Im usually a 16-18 bottoms and even though I was worried the 2xl was going to be too big (ordering online isnt easy either cause you dont know if it will fit) but its perfect. Customer service was prompt and they were great with me returing an item (top) for a smaller size, so bloody quick with postage too.

Unreal Trackies!!!
Actually some of the best trackies I own!!
This was my first purchase with Muscle Nation and it was an amazing experience. My order came so quickly after purchasing which is always a plus!! Unreal customer service too. The only reason I have made it 4 not 5 stars is because I was surprised by the sizing. I got a L and was expecting the waist band to be bigger due to being a unisex piece of clothing. They fit perfectly though so i’m happy!!!
Definitely would recommend!! X

Great brand but shrinking sizes...
Very good customer service and the quality is always great. I believe the sizing for shorts is getting smaller around the waist though and the issue is that because only the waist band is smaller I can't size up. Comparing my most recent shorts purchase they are a few cms tighter laying flat so unfortunately I can't wear them. I have worn both and needed to take them off within 5 minutes due to stomach pain as they are that tight. Some consistent sizing would be good with reviews on each item on what size the customer purchased and if they are true to size. I've had this issue now with the last 3 shorts I've bought so I will be looking elsewhere for gym shorts sadly because of the insanely tight waist band :(

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We're really sorry to hear about your recent experience with the fit of your shorts, especially as we understand how important comfort and confidence are when training.
We do size our products according to our standard sizing guide, however, comparing different styles or fabrics based solely on a flat lay measurement may not always provide an accurate representation of the fit. Each of our garment styles is individually designed and adjusted based on factors such as fabric composition, stretch, construction, waistband features, and the level of support the style is intended to provide. Because of this, measurements between different styles can vary while still maintaining the intended fit and function of each garment.
We'd love the opportunity to look into this further and better understand your experience. We haven't been able to locate any previous correspondence regarding this issue, so could you please reach out to our team at orders@musclenation.org with your order details and any additional information? Our team would be more than happy to assist.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We truly appreciate you sharing this with us and hope we can help find a solution for you.
